We all have one that seemingly pops up during the times when we are trying to better ourselves and brings out our fear of failure, lack of confidence and even negative self talk. These things can cause us to be pretty hard on ourselves if things don’t go our way or happen the way we want them to or happen fast enough. The fear of failure can also stop us from moving forward. We tell ourselves that “If I don’t try, I won’t fail” or “Maybe I should wait”. Today the angels are reminding us that there are no failures only temporary setbacks. If you try and it doesn’t work out then take an objective look at what you are trying to accomplish. Find what did work (even if it’s only one thing) then discard what didn’t. Start over using the one (or more) good thing as a starting point and go from there. Using positive self-speak like “I CAN. I WILL, I LOVE and I AM” will help keep your good vibes flowing. Remember that you are worthy of creating great things!

We can transform painful memories by re-imagining them from the soul’s perspective of love and meaning.


Andrew Schneider says that all experiences have the purpose of serving the soul. An experience in the past blocked us because our fear at the time distorted our perception of what happened. To transform this limiting experience, we must bring what was then unconscious into the soul’s realm through consciousness.


We can do this by following these steps:

1. RECALL the past experience that might inhibit us.

2. OWN the experience (no judgment, blame, etc.).

3. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for it and the consequences (i.e., the experience was determined by my subjective perception of what occurred, dictated by my lack of wholeness — specifically my fears).

4. GIVE IT MEANING (the soul was attempting to gain some kind of mastery or skill, but we didn’t know that at the time).

5. RE-IMAGINE it from the perspective of soul consciousness (showing its higher purpose).

211:  Today’s message is related to our habits. Habits, both good and bad, are created through our thoughts and actions. Both new beginnings and positive change require us to break the hold of outdated or bad habits in order to create new growth. There comes a time when we need to perform a self check up. (that day is today) It’s important to periodically take a look within and find those dark and dusty areas that require clean up or a serious overhaul. Letting go of what no longer serves us in a positive way helps us  to cordially invite new growth and opportunities into our lives.  Changing our habits is a work in progress and patience and confidence are required. Today the angels are reminding us we are all powerful creators who are worthy and capable of manifesting amazing things. Pay attention to signals and information you receive. Even if you can’t put this information to use right away it’s worth remembering so that when the goal presents itself you are ready to run with it.




Archangel Jophiel is associated with beauty and helps us to take our thoughts in that direction. She teaches us to appreciate the beauty within us and around us as she helps us to bring light to the dark areas that require a good cleaning. The Ascended Master Yogananda shows us the path to a happy, healthy life which is enhanced by the letting go process. However, sometimes we don’t recognize them for what they are because we are distracted and not paying attention. Today the Universe is asking us to really listen with our heart and spirit. Our spiritual helpers have much to share with us and  it’s important that we pay attention. (Remember that these messages can come through thoughts, ideas, visual clues, music, feelings and those mind blowing AH-HA! moments.) Open up today and allow yourself to receive the information that is  headed your way. During the Imbolc-tide leading up to High Winter, I received a message from the dark earth below me. As I observed the yellow grass in my back-yard temple, and how it ceases to grow in winter… and the tulip poplar tree stands so still, stripped bare of his leaves, they reminded me about the importance of dormancy.
