812: Today we continue on the theme of creative problem solving. We are all capable of creating new things and thinking outside the box. However, some seem to have difficulty in activating and using their problem solving skills. This could be because they’re afraid to let themselves go, making mistakes or of what others may think. Be courageous and give yourself permission to use the abilities that you have. This requires trust and faith and by allowing our creative mind to blossom it invites new ideas to take root and multiply.  While it’s true that these ideas may generate artistic endeavors it can also generate a completely different approach to solving issues that we are working on. This in turn gives us more options and flexibility so that we have more to work with. The angels are reminding us to stay positive, focused and open to trying out new ideas!




Archangel Uriel teaches us how to access our creative database. he reminds us that sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to use a non-conventional approach. He gives us the essential information that we need when we need it. This assists us during the manifestation process by enhancing our problem solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations. The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and stop fighting the things that we have no control over, which blocks our problem solving and creative flow. And the Hawaiian Goddess Pele tells us that “Within you lives the sacred fire that gives life to your greatest dreams and passions. This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you burn away old and outdated ways of doing things!”

729:  As we count down the remaining days of July the Angels are sending us the following message: “Keep the faith in your yourself and in your abilities. By doing so you will be able to see your path and purpose more clearly.” Remember that our inner guidance always tells us where we need to or want to be. Even though we may not be able to see the whole picture. As long as we continue moving forward (and YES baby steps count!) we are making progress, so pay attention to the guidance you receive (internal and external). New doors will open for us by not allowing small setbacks to stop our momentum and by turning our fears and doubts over to the angels. 615:  Rising above negative thoughts/feeling and indulging in self care are on the universal agenda today. There are times when rising above feels like a monumental task. This can be especially true when there are less than awesome things going on around us. When we experience negativity in any form it makes an impression. We get angry, freaky or we absorb it causing a harmful dis-ease that festers inside. Sounds pretty gnarly right? I mean who really wants to go on someone else’s negative roller coaster ride, or your own for that matter. This trap is easy to get caught in and we’ve all been there. The angels advice is pretty clear on this. “The best thing that you can do for yourself is to acknowledge the situation and surround it with healing energy. Then send it to us to deal with. Surround yourself with positive people and energy. Make your own self care one of your top priorities. Remember, you cannot be healthy for others if you are not healthy for yourself!”

61:  Thoughts are powerful things that can bring us great joy, peace or inspiration to anxiety and despair, along with everything in between.  Sometimes it feels impossible to be super-positive all the time as some New Age “guru’s” say you should be. Negative thoughts happen (it’s part of our human nature) and when they do what’s most important is how you handle them. (Balance) If you hold on to them they breed more negativity and that’s not good for our mental well being. The key is in acknowledging these thoughts and looking for the underlying cause of them (be honest with yourself!). There is always a positive solution and the universe is here to help. By doing our best to turn negative’s over to our spiritual helpers we can gain valuable insight and new ideas. Essentially it frees up our “thought space”!




Archangel Raguel acts as a motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves. He shows us the way to bring balance into the areas of our lives where we need it most.  Ask for help and he can help you realize your full potential. The Ascended Master Buddha teaches us that the key to happy living requires moderation and balance in all things. This includes the important balance between giving and receiving. Black Obsidian not only protects it also helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support out new growth, and  Larimar which helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

May’s Theme: This month brings changes into your life. While change sometimes feels scary, it is a necessary thing for our overall growth. Be willing to embrace it and allow it to happen naturally and get ready for better things!




Don’t think you can attain total awareness and whole enlightenment without proper discipline and practice. This is egomania. Appropriate rituals channel your emotions and life energy toward the light. Without the discipline to practice them, you will tumble constantly backward into darkness. – Lao Tzu




514:  The practice of  grounding, clearing and centering is important to our emotional, mental and spiritual health. There are no rules on how often it should be done. But sometimes we need to perform this more often due to stress, major upheavals or changes. As we are currently working with changes we are being reminded that now might be a good time to engage in this self care ritual. This 3 step process helps to keep us balanced and promotes peace and harmony within ourselves and with the Universe. Now that the weather is warmer I suggest “earthing”. Going barefoot in the garden or grass is a wonderful way get grounded and to connect with the energy of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to “root” into the earth and just release, feel the sun on your face and let healing begin!




Archangel Michael can remove all psychic hooks, lines and cords that have been attached to your energy field. By simply asking him to do this is frees up your energy and promotes balance and sense of great peace. The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy create the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. laughter can also help us to clear our energy. Hematite also brings mental clarity through focus and concentration which is essential letting go process which accompanies change.
