714:  The power of positive thought comes up quite frequently in our daily messages. The Universe knows that it’s hard for us to be positive all the time. There are days that…….. well there are just THOSE days. We all have them and that’s normal. The key lies in our ability to acknowledge our negative feelings and then move past them. Remember that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by substituting words. By eliminating the words “IF” ( that’s never going to happen) and “BUT” (I lack faith and self confidence) from your thought vocabulary you can change the intent. Replace “If” with WHEN (I know it will happen) and “But” with HOWEVER (I have faith and patience). This will give momentum to your manifestation process. Our Divine helpers are telling us that by making these small changes we will become more empowered with strength and confidence.

712: Everyday we receive messages from both internal and external sources. These messages can range from mundane to life changing and can be heard, felt or seen. However, there are times when we get busy and ignore the information sent our way. Today, the Angels are asking us to pay attention. Spirit speaks to us through repetitive thoughts and ideas. They come through music, from the people around us and from visual clues. Be aware of your surroundings and your reactions to them and listen for your inner voice. 78:  Over the last few months we have been working to perfect our balance. This is essential to our overall growth and has a direct effect as we create our path through life an dour own spirituality. Balance  helps us to focus and see clearly the things that truly matter and put things like material gain into perspective. Today the Universe is reminding us that balance starts with gratitude and it’s a good time to do a little path maintenance. 615:  Rising above negative thoughts/feeling and indulging in self care are on the universal agenda today. There are times when rising above feels like a monumental task. This can be especially true when there are less than awesome things going on around us. When we experience negativity in any form it makes an impression. We get angry, freaky or we absorb it causing a harmful dis-ease that festers inside. Sounds pretty gnarly right? I mean who really wants to go on someone else’s negative roller coaster ride, or your own for that matter. This trap is easy to get caught in and we’ve all been there. The angels advice is pretty clear on this. “The best thing that you can do for yourself is to acknowledge the situation and surround it with healing energy. Then send it to us to deal with. Surround yourself with positive people and energy. Make your own self care one of your top priorities. Remember, you cannot be healthy for others if you are not healthy for yourself!”

I sadly say good-bye to Beltane every year, put my flower crowns away for a little while, and look towards Litha. Beltane can be such a joyous time, that the days between that celebration and Litha can feel like a bit of a slump. Not to mention, looking at June 1st with a sense of bewilderment: where has half the year gone?

A lot of times we tend to separate our “outer life” from our “inner life.” Maybe we’re working at a job we hate just for the money, while our heart aches for something more. Or we can’t seem to find that certain relationship we’re longing. We can come up with all kinds of justifications for these things. But there’s always a solution. To fully integrate ourselves, we’ve got to make our outer life an extension, or an expression, of our inner life. We’ve got to develop that rapport spiritually within so that we understand how much power we have to create anything in our lives.

527:  We are counting down the final days of May and we are being reminded about the power of faith. Faith is inherent to every religion and spiritual path. The only thing it requires is belief in the power that is yours and the power of Spirit. Through our faith we can make things better and create new and wonderful things. We have been working with change this month and that work is never easy, however it is through change that we continue to grow. The stronger your faith is in yourself and the divine the more empowered you become. The Universe is reminding us ” Embrace your faith today and  step into your role as a co-creator. With this leap  you are better able to see and appreciate  the new direction your path is taking!




Since faith requires courage, should you find yourself lacking in that area then Archangel Michael is your go to angel. He helps us to see the best in ourselves by boosting our feelings of worthiness and self esteem.
