You Can Heal: Cat’s Angel Message for April 19, 2018

 419: Within each of us is the ability to heal ourselves and others. Yes! You are qualifies on both accounts.  The thing to remember about self healing is that it begins with you. You must have the motivation and willingness to start the process and to keep it going. Each of us is a work in progress and we are all at different levels. So don’t become discouraged if you go through a temporary setback or feel that you aren’t exactly where you thing you should be. Baby steps work best giving us the option to make changes as we go. If you are working with others quite often all that is needed is a being willing to listen or providing a shoulder to cry on. You don’t need to solve their problems for them, so being a good listener and offering encouragement can work miracles. Don’t be stingy about helping others or yourself and the benefits will return tenfold!




Saint Padre Pio assists those who require healing as well the healers themselves. This enthusiastic Ascended Master helps to promote faith and an optimistic outlook. Saint John of God also helps during the healing process and specializes in helping those suffering from depression and anxiety. Archangel Zadkiel provides emotional healing and Archangel Azrael helps those who are grieving and Archangel Raphael oversees all forms of healing, and the Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin helps us to heal by showing us the power of self care and compassion. Kindness and compassion are essential to  the healing process because  when we are able to show it to ourselves we find it easier to share it with others.




Our Sacred Stones for today are: Moonstone which can assist emotional healing by helping to stabilize the emotions and draw out old emotional patterns. Sometimes as a healer you need a little help after working with others, and gentle Prehnite promotes unconditional love and helps you to clear your energy when you need it most. It is also linked to Archangel Raphael which gives it an extra boost.

46:  Today’s world can be a stressful place. One filled with changes and energies that impact us as well as our loved ones. Today we are reminded of the April Theme of challenges and change. When we feel overwhelmed by what life throws our way, big or small,  take a moment to just breathe and then ask our Angels for help. Our Spiritual Helpers want what best for us and can help us with the things that bring peace to ourselves and to our loved ones. Part of the challenge is our willingness to help ourselves. Our helpers can’t do it all for us so we need to do our part to assist the angels by getting our stress levels down, yoga, meditation, dance and letting go of things that no longer serve our highest good . Letting go of stress allows us to reclaim our power and infuse our lives with new energy!




Archangel Zadkiel teaches us to hold compassion for ourselves and for others. This can help to reduce our stress levels, the Greek Goddess Iris, Lady of Rainbows, helps us to find the calm in the storm. She is the bringer of hope and she gently surrounds us with an all will be well energy,  and Laughing Buddha (Maitreya) helps us to keep our sense of humor during difficult times. He teaches us that being able to laugh reduces stress and creates positive flow.




Our Sacred Stones for today include Moss Agate which can help to replenish and refresh your soul and to release fear and deep seated stress and Chrysoprase to relieves stress as it promotes hope and draws our attention to more positive events.

 When I look back on all these worries, I remember the story of the old man who said on his deathbed that he had had a lot of trouble in his life, most of which had never happened. – Winston Churchill




331:  It’s normal for us to think about the future and what it holds for us. Too often though we find ourselves getting caught in the “whirlpool of worry” . We spin round and round agonizing over what “might ” happen. ( What if?- Should I?- I want to…. but…) Thinking about and planning for the future is a good thing,  however excessive worrying about it is counter productive. It saps our resources and energy that we could be investing in something else. Today is the last day of March and the Full Moon as well. This means the end of a cycle and some powerful energy for those who want to embrace this “new dawn” and move forward. Your future is an adventure so be bold and take that first step (even if it’s a small one). Release your worries to the Universe and avoid the “whirlpool” by taking  things a day at time and let things fall into place!






Archangel Zadkiel helps us to avoid the whirlpool of worry. He boosts our faith  and fills our hearts with peace and calm. He also helps us to remember information that will helps us on this grand adventure. The Ascended Master El Morya helps us to stay grounded in the present and shows us how to stick to our commitment to keep growing and moving forward and the Yoruban Goddess Oya  teaches us that change, an important part of life and it’s adventure, must be fully embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Changes inspire and encourage us to transcend our self imposed limitations.”

This is a stone of new beginnings and it helps us to appreciate and use our intuitive powers. Ametrine which helps us to grow  while encouraging us to explore all possibilities and find the creative solutions we need to make the most of the information we are given and Brecciated Jasper to keep us grounded and promote mental clarity.

 323:  Contrary to popular belief we do not necessarily need to be a “cheerleader” to inspire others. The dictionary describes inspire as ” to fill (someone) with the urge or ability to do or feel something, especially to do something creative”. While we sometimes need to open the door and let our inner cheerleader out more often than not the quiet approach is just as effective. Quietly inspiring others is an artform of great value. Doing things (even small things) that bring joy or peace to others, leading by positive example or even simply offering assistance (without making a big production of it) are all good ways to inspire others. They in turn will do the same or similar for someone else. By simply being cheerful, helpful and positive we share our light. Today the Universe wants to thank us for doing our part and quietly inspiring those around us!






The following Angels and Ascended Masters are assisting us today. Archangels Zadkiel and Michael work together to replace negative energies with faith and compassion. Zadkiel also helps us to see and share our Divine light. Mother Mary offers assistance in expanding our wisdom in regards to helping other particularly children. Melchizedek helps to rearrange unpleasant situations and shows the best way to assist those concerned through use of color therapy (chakras, crystals, reiki etc) and the Celtic Goddess Brigid provides inspiration, from creative projects to creative thinking she touches all areas with warm and loving energy.




Our Sacred Stones for today are:  Stilbite which helps us to find creative solutions to problems and enhances our intuition so that we can more effectively offer assistance. Turquoise promotes creative expression which allows to see the beauty in everything while strengthening our communication process and tempering our words with wisdom.

Forgiveness … is the finishing of old business that allows us to experience the present, free of contamination from the past. – Joan Borysenko




 315: Ever so often it becomes necessary to release old outdated feelings/ emotions, thoughts and patterns. Every little bit we release helps us to initiate and create positive change. This clears the way so that we can receive new and wonderful things. Sometimes it feels like the universe has given us too much to handle and negativity rears its ugly head. This reaction is normal (don’t worry) just don’t allow yourself to get bogged down in it.Today the Ascended Masters are advising us to learn from our past mistakes and experiences. Look for the lessons in them, then let them go and move on using them as  stepping stone to the next level. If you need help ask the masters for guidance, they will help!




 


Archangel Zadkiel shows us that forgiveness is essential to the letting go process. Angel Gadiel helps us to release negativity and provides direction. The Hindu God Ganesh teaches us that our barriers are quite often self imposed. He tells us “Never be afraid to move forward or to let go of what no longer serves you or brings you joy.” While doing this may seem difficult or even impossible you effort will produce  beneficial cleansing and healing.






Our Sacred Stone for today is Moss Agate.  This gentle stone  promotes new beginnings and helps us to release the blocks that are keeping us from moving forward.

It’s All About The “Feels” : Cat’s Angel Message for February 26, 2018

226: Today the angels are asking us to share the gift of compassion with others. We sometimes  get caught up in our own “stuff” and forget to check on those closest to us. Never assume that loved ones will always come to you if something is needed. We have been working on self confidence  and intuition this month. Both can help you if showing others that you care for is difficult.  This can be hard for some people and they come across as aloof or gruff because they want to “be there” but simply don’t know how to go about it. A good opener is a simple  “How are you?”, “So things are going okay for you?” Intuition goes hand in hand with compassion and if it directs you to a specific person there may be a reason behind it.  Our message today is ” Gather your loved ones close, let them know you love them and never forget the healing power of a simple touch or a hug.”




Archangel Zadkiel helps us to bring our compassionate energy forward and to share it with others. He also helps with forgiveness issues as this can block our ability to show compassion. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin also helps us with compassion by teaching us how to allow yourselves to give and receive love equally and the Ascended Master Maitreya shows us how to bring our loving nature forward and about the healing power of laughter.




Our Sacred Stone for today is Rose Quartz. This soft pink crystal is the ultimate nurturer of compassion and loving energy. It soothes the heart, the mind and the spirit. It helps us to bring out the best part of ourselves so that we can help and heal not only ourselves but others as well.

  225:  We all experience times in our lives when it becomes necessary to let go of  outdated and outgrown things like habits, relationships, material items and thought patterns. Hanging on to these things after their “expiration date” can become a crutch that we use when we are afraid to move on. This inhibits our personal and spiritual growth and causes us to flounder. Today the angels are asking us to start letting go of the things that no longer work for us. They know that this  can be difficult and sometimes painful. However, the benefits and freedom obtained in the process will clear our path and propel us forward. It will also bring us new opportunities, growth and blessings that help us to achieve what we want most.




Archangel Zadkiel teaches us about forgiveness as he  gently helps us to forgive ourselves and others so that we can continue moving forward as situations are healed. The Egyptian Goddess Isis teaches us about patience as we enter periods of personal growth. She encourages us to celebrate each step in the process no matter how small it may seem and Ascended Master Babaji teaches us that emotional and spiritual baggage takes up a lot of room and  it is through the letting go process that we learn the joy of simplifying our lives for the better.




Our Sacred Stones for today are Black Agate which helps us to access our inner power and gives us strength to do what we must and Labradorite to relieve fear and insecurity caused by old hurts and disappointments. It also strengthens our faith as it removes the projections of others that are holding us back.

210: Every day we receive signals and messages from the people around us and from the Universe. We see them, hear them and feel them both energetically and physically. However, sometimes we don’t recognize them for what they are because we are distracted and not paying attention. Today the Universe is asking us to really listen with both heart and spirit. Our spiritual helpers have something to tell us and important that we pay attention. These messages can come through thoughts, ideas, visual clues, music, feelings and those mind blowing AH-HA! moments. Open yourself today and allow yourself to receive the information headed your way. Take some time today to get centered, clear your mind and make room by putting aside the things you can’t control right now. This allows your helpers to give you that extra push to get you started on your next steps. Stay positive about the information that you are given even if it doesn’t quite make sense now, it will soon and if you are drawn to take action….. go for it!


Archangel Zadkiel can help us to remember important information that comes to us via received messages. 29: In some respects we all share a very similar life purpose in that we all have something that we can share with others in need. These Humanitarian acts can complex or as simple as a smile or hug, kind or encouraging words or just being a good listener. Today the Universe is reminding us that we are all qualified to do these small and simple things. Make time today to be there for someone else.  Embrace self confidence and listen to your heart as it guides you on this path of service. If it resonates with your spirit you are on the right path. In helping others we often find that we are helping ourselves as well and small acts of compassion and kindness can make a big difference.






Archangel Zadkiel blesses us with mercy and compassion towards others and ourselves as he helps us to bring our divine light front and center. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin is the embodiment of compassion and mercy. She teaches  us to  recognize how to help others in need when we are uncertain and Ascended Master Serapis Bey provides us with the spiritual insight to provide   loving care to those who need it. Our Sacred Stone for today is Desert Rose. Desert Rose is a form of Selenite and very spiritual stone. It brings clarity of thought and helps us to understand our role in the universal plan. We can also use Rose Quartz which helps us to bring our compassion to the surface.

The Flow Of Change: Cat’s Angel Message for January 15, 2018

115: The new year just like any new cycle brings change. The key to embracing change lies in how we deal with it.The truth is that change is necessary for our overall growth although to often we see change as a scary monster to be avoided. When dealing with change we can either fight or accept. Struggling with change  keeps us from growing (emotionally, mentally, spiritually) and creates unneeded stress and can keep us from achieving our desired dreams and goals. Holding grudges or unforgiving thoughts about yourself or others also keeps us from moving forward and our angels are asking us to let these things go. However, if we embrace change and allow it to unfold naturally we emerge stronger and more confident. Today the universe is asking us to make friends with change and to elevate our thinking. Stay focused on what’s important in your life and continue working toward a positive outcome. Accept that these changes are happening for your overall good and that it’s time to open the doors to new adventures.


We will be working with two archangels today. Jeremiel helps us to see the changes we need to make and move forward and Zadkiel helps us to forgive by letting go so that we can move on. The Greek goddess Hecate teaches us about the importance of change. She helps us to release the past and the old things that keep us from moving on and how to accept change and transition. Our Sacred Stones for today are Tiger’s Eye which strengthens our resolve to make things happen and softens any stubbornness where change is concerned and Iolite to help ease the process of change and reduce stress.
