People are busy creatures and when get busy we often fail to notice the beauty around us. I consider myself lucky. I live in an older neighborhood with lots of old trees and yards full of shrubs and flowers. Beauty is everywhere and the changing seasons are easy to see and appreciate. For serious city dwellers, it might be harder to see. But the truth is that the beauty of nature is EVERYWHERE. In the clouds, that little tree on the corner, the birds, a planter full of flowers, in the sunrise or the sunset or the sweep of stars across the night sky. What painting do you see today?

These things are in your face and grab your attention, pushing the beautiful and good things to the bottom of the proverbial page. Today the Angels are imploring us to keep our faith in the world and in people. There are millions of good people out there all trying their best to make the world a better place a little bit at a time. This attitude starts at home with you. Take a moment and offer gratitude for the blessings in your life and a prayer for the people in your world and the world as a whole. Newbies, this is a crone speaking. You are fine as you are. Take your time. You will never have it all figured out, anyway! Run like hell from anybody who says they have!
Are you getting the most benefit from these short Inner Journeys? Here are some ways to progressively stimulate more and more growth and change from these messages:
•Read them quickly for momentary inspiration and move on to the next email.
•Print them and keep them visible so you are conscious of the message during the day.
•Take just 30 seconds and write in your journal as little as one word or a few sentences about how you connect with each message.
•Take just 3 to 5 minutes to relax, reflect and contemplate on the messages that touch you. And then write a short note in your journal.
•When a message really hits home, make the effort to explore the program that delves into that topic more deeply.
At a minimum, if a message strikes any nerve at all, take a few seconds to become aware of what nerve was struck and what it means to you.
This process builds awareness, and awareness brings change and growth – automatically!

Never mind the forest for the trees – we don’t see the blessings for the bills! But every once in awhile, it catches us by surprise. We are moved by beauty. It is a gentle reminder of God’s presence. Maybe it’s a dandelion growing through a crack in the sidewalk – a sign that life is meant to be lived despite any obstacles. Maybe it is a neighbor’s smile, or a beneficial “coincidence.” In any case, our lives are beautiful, we are beautiful, even if we need to be reminded of it every once in awhile.

714: The power of positive thought comes up quite frequently in our daily messages. The Universe knows that it’s hard for us to be positive all the time. There are days that…….. well there are just THOSE days. We all have them and that’s normal. The key lies in our ability to acknowledge our negative feelings and then move past them. Remember that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by substituting words. By eliminating the words “IF” ( that’s never going to happen) and “BUT” (I lack faith and self confidence) from your thought vocabulary you can change the intent. Replace “If” with WHEN (I know it will happen) and “But” with HOWEVER (I have faith and patience). This will give momentum to your manifestation process. Our Divine helpers are telling us that by making these small changes we will become more empowered with strength and confidence.
Archangel Michael teaches us how to be more self confident as he helps us work through issues of self doubt and worthiness. He also promotes the courage and confidence we need to get our ducks in row and moving in the right direction. The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara helps us to find our wings so that we can rise above negative emotions and thought patterns and the Greek Goddess Iris, Lady of Rainbows, sheds the prism of hope on stormy emotions. The Sacred Stone for today is Kyanite. This stone helps us to speak our truth as it cuts through the things that are keeping us from moving forward. Kyanite is a spiritual stone that helps us to connect to our guides by opening the paths of communication.

531: As we close out the month of May look back and see what you have accomplished in this cycle. You may have done big things or small things but both are equally important. Our message today is a reminder to embrace the things you are good at and your divine given talents. These gifts that come from our higher selves brings us the confidence we need to create our lives and live our truth.You have done a good job with the changes life has given you. Don’t stress or worry simply trust in the process of life, allow things to unfold and when the right door opens you’ll know it without a doubt!

Along the way we unearth talents that we had set aside, which will help us to move forward and the Greek Goddess Persephone teaches us how to liberate ourselves from the things that are holding us back so that we can forge ahead on a new path. She tells us “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath. By shedding light in dark places we often find treasures we had forgotten. These treasures can form the foundations that you need.”
Our Sacred Stone for today is Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to the most of our life experiences.
