510: In order to embrace our personal evolution and create the life we want we must be true to ourselves and trust in our own inner wisdom. Often this means that we must step out of our comfort zones to make things happen. The creation process is more apparent during periods of growth and change so it’s important to pay attention to the messages and guidance that we receive. Remember that this information comes from many sources (the people around us, nature, dreams, intuition, or from the universe.) and the signs are visible to those who pay attention. If you feel strongly directed to act then follow your heart and move forward. Likewise, if it doesn’t feel right or makes you uncomfortable step back and examine your reaction and feelings before making a decision. If you are unsure of what to do, or the best way to proceed ask for help. Divine guidance combined with your intuition will never steer you wrong.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Michael teaches us that through compassion and commitment to our beliefs we can lead effectively through example. He sets us on the path of commitment to our purpose by showing us how to work through obstacles that pop up as he teaches us that we have what it takes to create new things for ourselves as he helps us reach new levels of self-confidence.

The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.

The Greek Goddess Artemis teaches us to harness the power of our own inner wisdom. As the goddess of the hunt, she knows that focusing on our goals and tracking them to fulfillment = success. She tells us “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing and you know in your heart when something is good and right.”

Amethyst helps us to make decisions by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. This crystal is a powerful protector and helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the thought process by providing focus and clearing the way to good decision making. Amethyst crystal is used by Tibetan monks to honor Buddha. If you’re feeling crafty make yourself a set of prayer beads to honor him and use for meditation (these are great for Archangel Michael as well).

Beryl teaches us how to fulfill our true potential. It helps us to see both sides of a situation, opportunity or problem and promotes strategic planning so that we can use it to our best advantage.

Black Obsidian. This stone not only protects it also helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support out new growth.

Today’s Message: Visualizing The Future

53: Change is a constant part of life whether we like it or not, and too often we find ourselves fighting against it. However, when we embrace it and allow it to unfold instead of struggling with it we find the transition goes more smoothly. Today the Ascended Masters are stepping in to help us clear the way for the changes that we are experiencing. Ask them to assist you in letting go of any old and rigid thinking that could be holding you back as it will ease our fears and our stress levels. Choose your battles wisely and remember that change will happen one way or the other. The key lies in HOW we deal with it. Work with what you can but don’t struggle with what you can’t.

He can also help to diffuse unpleasant situations that can arise as we go through change and transformation. Since he helps us heal through color, pay attention to the colors that draw you or feel relevant

She tells us: ” I am the guardian of the crossroads. Remember that to move ahead you must face your fears and release the past. Change and circumstance are inviting you to choose a path. Cerussite promotes grounding and teaches us how to understand the changes we are experiencing.

Dalmation Stone. This light hearted stone is a combination of quartz, microline and black tourmaline. You have the power to make things happen and the Universe is on your side.” Changes require courage and our spiritual helpers are gently reminding us that we are never alone and that they are here to help with any changes that you are going through. You have grown enough to do what is necessary to make your life better, so use your Sacred Tools (faith, intuition) to make the changes that you need to continue your growth. Their message today is “Never be afraid of change. Embrace it and it will embrace you. Don’t fight these changes that are taking place as they are what you need to continue your growth cycle.”

It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.

Peridot brings new levels of awareness as it promotes growth and necessary change as it helps to sharpen the mind and enhance our self confidence. Peridot can teach us to look back at the past and find the gifts that are hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward.

215: Today the Universe is letting us know that change is on the horizon and that the things headed our way will make us stronger and make our lives better. Change is a normal part of life. Some of these changes we initiate, some are surprises and some happen so gradually that we hardly know they are happening. Regardless of how they unfold keep in mind that the nature and direction of our thoughts will play an important role. If we are stuck in a negative holding pattern the process can be scary and stressful. However, by surrounding ourselves with optimistic and confident energy it’s easier to meet change head on. Often we’re alone, sometimes taking side paths as we grow and change and sometimes merging with the paths of others. There are even times when we leave our path altogether and wander. Wandering can be a good thing as we forge ahead and create new paths. However, sometimes we wander off the path and become lost and have trouble finding our way back.  January’s Theme: Stay focused on your desires and not your fears or past happenings. Our thoughts are ready to manifest into reality and by staying focused on what’s positive we lessen the power of the things that we fear.

117: We are the masters of our own destiny AND the creators of our own reality. While this may sound cliché… it’s also the truth. All the work we’ve done and the changes we have made and are making are starting to pay off and the Universe is encouraging us to stick to our path. Hold your course and find the things that are important to you, so make a conscious decision to focus on them. Simplify things if needed and readjust your course to stay on track. Listen to your inner guidance and let go of your worries and fears as you continue to push onward. Our spirit helpers understand that we sometimes get discouraged when results don’t happen right away. So they are reminding us to have faith in ourselves and in the loving energy of the Divine. The wheels are turning behind the scenes and things are falling into place.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

The Ascended Master Vywamus encourages us to continuously and consciously seek inspiration through the discovery and rediscovery of our own natural abilities and talents. He teaches us that healing can be found in change. If something is holding you back he can teach you how to let it go or let it be so you can continue moving forward.

The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self-love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle on yourself. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which will free the energy needed to assist the creation process.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Bloodstone gives us the ability to adapt to the changes that are taking place more easily. It strengthens our intuition and promotes good decision making.

Pietersite (The Tempest Stone). Use this stone to help access our intuition and create a link to a loving level of guidance. It helps to strengthen the will and increases our focus on where we really want life to take us. It helps us to rid ourselves of negative energy and replaces it with calm.

Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate and gain clarity from the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras.
