520:  This month is all about creating change and embracing new things in our lives. These things require the sacred tool of  faith.  When we have faith in ourselves and in the Universe good things happen to us personally and around us. Which in turn helps to generate a positive flow that generates more good things. I guess that you could call these things personal miracles. These miracles come in all shapes and sizes, so don’t overlook the small ones because they quite often have the biggest impact. The key is in remembering that even if you cannot immediately see the results that things are happening behind the scenes. Be patient and have faith in the knowledge that by working together with the Universe you can create new and wonderful things!




Archangel Jeremiel oversees life changes and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. He teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. The Ascended Master El Morya helps us increase our faith and keeps us grounded so that we can embrace both the patience and the clear decision making needed to make things happen. The Greek goddess Nike, Lady of victory and success helps us to embrace the good things that we have accomplished. By acknowledging them we can increase our faith in ourselves as a creator. 519: One of the best things that we can do for ourselves is to embrace a positive self image. We have all heard the phrase “love yourself”, it’s not only an important part of self care, it also helps to increase our self confidence and feelings of worth. When we love ourselves and like who we are it shows. That’s not to say that there isn’t room for improvement (there’s always room for that) because we really are a work in progress. A positive self image tells the world “I am confident in who I am and I like myself. I am not perfect, however I am trying to be the best person I can be .” Today the angels are saying “Give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the amazing being you are!”




Archangel Chamuel helps us in regards to relationships. This includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. he helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution.  The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha)  brings laughter and joy into our lives. It is through these things that we find ourselves centered in the moment and are able to enjoy the process of our inner growth. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin helps us with all forms of self care, and loving kindness that is directed within ourselves. She says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart and spirit.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following:  Sodalite is a stone for the mind and  encourages clear and calm thinking. It helps us to be objective and helps us to release old mental conditioning and outdated thought patterns as it boosts our self confidence and esteem. Rose Quartz is the essential self love and self care stone. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feeling that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.

518:  This month we have been busy initiating change and cultivating new growth. These things take time and patience, however our work is beginning to pay off. Part of our success will lie in our ability to receive. Some people overextend the giving process but have trouble with receiving the blessings, assistance and abundance when it comes around to them. Sometimes you just need to tell yourself that it’s okay to receive so that you can embrace the good things that come your way. make the effort to ensure that your giving and receiving is in balance. Remember, abundance comes in many forms so make sure that you don’t limit yourself to just one form. Accept them all and the doors open to new things and experiences.  You are an amazing creator and you are worthy of all the blessings of the Universe.




Archangel Raziel helps us to access and fine tune both our intuitive abilities so that we are better able to receive divine guidance, which in turn can  help us manifest the things we need to create a better life.  The Ascended Master Buddha is called the Enlightened or Awakened One. It also restores our energy when it becomes depleted by giving away too much of ourselves to others. And Tiger Iron, which is a combination of Jasper, Hematite and Tiger’s Eye, helps to promote change by opening space within and providing the energy to accomplish what’s needed by generating new and creative ways and ideas to make the changes easier.

517:  Navigating change isn’t always easy or simple and there are times when we just need to stop and catch our breath. Today the Universe is simply letting us know that we are on the right path and that the work we are doing is paying off. Remember that patience is the key to working with change. Once initiated we must embrace our faith and allow things to unfold naturally. Don’t get discouraged if it feels like nothing is happening, just keep adding focused energy to your creation and express gratitude for what comes your way. 516:  Our thoughts create reality, I know that we hear this often. The fact is that it’s true. You see, by acknowledging and focusing on the good things in our lives the happier and more peaceful we are. Now this doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t want something better because we all deserve abundant blessings. Living in gratitude helps to make room for these blessings. The power of positive thought and perspective are powerful things, and by using them we can effectively create new opportunities and open the door to new growth and blessings. We can also use Citrine to help us sift through information and analyze situations so that we can move forward with positive intent. 514:  The practice of  grounding, clearing and centering is important to our emotional, mental and spiritual health. There are no rules on how often it should be done. But sometimes we need to perform this more often due to stress, major upheavals or changes. As we are currently working with changes we are being reminded that now might be a good time to engage in this self care ritual. This 3 step process helps to keep us balanced and promotes peace and harmony within ourselves and with the Universe. Now that the weather is warmer I suggest “earthing”. Going barefoot in the garden or grass is a wonderful way get grounded and to connect with the energy of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to “root” into the earth and just release, feel the sun on your face and let healing begin!




Archangel Michael can remove all psychic hooks, lines and cords that have been attached to your energy field. By simply asking him to do this is frees up your energy and promotes balance and sense of great peace. 511: Today the Universe is asking us to focus on receiving and acknowledging the  messages and guidance we receive.  Remember to pay attention because  these messages can come from anywhere and at any time. So staying in the present will benefit you today as this information is directly related to the personal evolution and the changes taking place. If you feel that your communication lines are blocked try giving  yourself a creative project. Did you know that creative pursuits are  a form of meditation that opens the line to divine communication while it promotes clarity? Activities like painting, dancing, gardening, or crafting of any kind will allow your mind to stay present yet relaxed. Not feeling creative? Try yoga. This also promotes clarity and focus as it relaxes the mind. Be open to all forms of guidance, even if it doesn’t seem relevant now store it away for future use.
