87:  Human beings come with a personal guidance system called intuition and every day we are faced with choices that must be made. It is up to us to determine whether it is good for us or not. When we are faced with choices that will have an impact on our lives or finances  always ask yourself “Is this best for me right now?” Your inner guidance system will not steer you wrong and will always be the voice of reason. The key to intuition is learning to recognize it as opposed to the voice of the Inner Child who can sometimes get us into trouble. Today the angels are asking us to fire up our intuition and embrace the strength and courage to make the best possible choices. They are also telling us that it’s time for a balance check in regards to giving and receiving. Make any necessary adjustments to avoid tipping the scales.




Call on the angel Gadiel to provide direction when you have difficult choices to make. He helps us to access our inner wisdom as he shows us the path of truth.  The Ascended Master Babaji teaches us that happiness and success is not measured material quantity and that most often simple is better for us on emotional, and spiritual levels. and The Greek Goddess Artemis can also help by teaching us to listen to and rely on our intuition and how to use that information to your best advantage. “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. 85:  The “attitude of gratitude” is important when working to increase our flow of abundance. By abundance I mean on all levels not just financial gain. However, we must also be open to both giving and receiving. By tipping the scales in either direction “we lose out and miss out”. Balance between giving and receiving combined with the attitude of gratitude creates energy. It flows out gathering things along the way and sends good things back to us, including prosperity and abundance (on all levels). Today the angels are asking us to take some time to acknowledge the good things that happen (Remember, there is always at least one good thing) The key words for today are creative thinking and perspective. Being grateful opens a whole new realm of possibilities to explore!




The angel Barakiel, whose name means “God’s blessing” is in charge of changing people’s attitudes. 720: Navigating our path requires generous amounts of courage, confidence and a few pinches of faith. We must also have an open heart and an open mind to receive the messages  and guidance that we receive. The key is remembering that messengers and messages come in all forms. (nature, music, animals, children, physical objects etc.) We can see them, hear them and even feel them. Today the Universe is telling us that important information is on the way and that we need to stay open and in the present. Don’t allow fear to overrule your judgement because you are always safe and cared for. 712:  Everyday we receive messages from both internal and external sources. These messages can range from mundane to life changing and can be heard, felt or seen. However, there are times when we get busy and ignore the information sent our way. Today, the Angels are asking us to pay attention. Spirit speaks to us through repetitive thoughts and ideas. They come through music,  from the people around us and from visual clues. Be aware of your surroundings and your reactions to them and listen for your inner voice. The information that you receive will help you to improve something in your life so stay open and focused in the present. Don’t allow yourself to tune out or turn off as you may miss something important.

625: Many of us are currently experiencing  heightened intuition and sensitivity to what’s going on  around us and within us. This can cause stress or anxiety in areas and in ways we have not experienced before. Today’s Recipe: Vegan French Toast with Strawberry Compote


This is an egg and dairy free French toast that has a crispy outside and custardy middle. Flax and nut milk are used in place of eggs and milk. Use any type of bread you like (I used sourdough here). You can add a bit of cinnamon in the mix if you like, but I wanted the homemade strawberry compote to shine.

524: Today is a reminder about staying open and receptive to our personal guidance systems. This includes divine guidance and intuition, both of which can help immensely when working with change.  Everyday we receive guidance from the Universe and it’s helpers. Our job is  to listen to the messages and use them to our benefit. This requires us to stay present in the moment, if we lose that focus we wander off and miss out. If  you have been working on creating positive change in your life this month the angels want you to know that you are definitely making progress. However, if you have been dragging your feet and struggling with these necessary changes then there is still time to make things happen and get on track.  Remember that these messages can come from anywhere and at any time. The key is Ask-Listen-Receive, pay attention to what’s going on around you and use your intuition to guide your actions.

510: Our message today is all about being true to ourselves and trusting in our own wisdom. Sometimes this means that we must step out of our comfort zones to create  the life we want. This creation process is more apparent  during periods of growth and change so it’s important to pay attention to the messages and guidance that we receive. Remember that this information comes from many sources (the people around us, nature, dreams, intuition or from the universe.) and the signs are visible to those who pay attention. If you feel strongly directed to act then follow your heart and move forward.
