Studying Your Reality: Cat’s Angel Message for May 31, 2018 

 May Theme: This month will bring change. While change sometimes feels scary, it is a necessary thing for our overall growth. Be willing to embrace it and allow it to happen naturally and get ready for better things.

531: As we close out the month of May look back and see what you have accomplished in this cycle. You may have done big things or small things but both are equally important. Our message today is a reminder to embrace the things you are good at and your divine given talents. These gifts that come from our higher selves brings us the confidence we need to create our lives and live our truth.You have done a good job with the changes life has given you. Don’t stress or worry simply trust in the process of life, allow things to unfold and when the right door opens  you’ll know it without a doubt!


*Note: The month of June will be testing our overall balance so it’s best to be prepared and a little grounding and centering can’t hurt.**




Archangel Jophiel, the angel of beauty, helps keep our thoughts on a positive level. She teaches us that there is beauty to be found in all things including within an the importance of embracing it. The Ascended Master Vywamus teaches us that change can be healing opportunity. This happens as we allow ourselves to let go of things that have held us back. Along the way we unearth talents that we had set aside, which will help us to move forward and the Greek Goddess Persephone teaches us how to liberate ourselves from the things that are holding us back so that we can forge ahead on a new path. She tells us “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath. By shedding light in dark places we often find treasures we had forgotten. These treasures can form the foundations that you need.”




 


Our Sacred Stone for today is Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to the most of our life experiences.

Learn to become still. And to take your attention away from what you don’t want, and all the emotional charge around it, and place your attention on what you wish to experience. – Michael Beckwith




514: Grounding, clearing and centering is important to our emotional, mental and spiritual health. There are no rules on how often it should be done. But sometimes we need to perform this more often due to stress, major upheavals or changes. Since we are currently working with changes the Angels are telling us that now might be a good time. This 3 step process helps to keep us balanced and promotes peace and harmony within ourselves and with the Universe. Now that the weather is warmer I suggest “earthing”. Going barefoot in the garden or grass is a wonderful way get grounded and to connect with the energy of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to “root” into the earth and just release, feel the sun on your face and let healing begin!




Ascended Master El Morya can help if you have trouble with grounding yourself. He gently helps us in putting aside our worries and cares. Archangel Michael can remove all psychic hooks, lines and cords that have been attached to your energy field. 417: Over the last few days we’ve been working on letting go and this process helps us create a more positive vibe. We have so many reasons to be positive and the angels want us to know that we are doing a great job. Take some time for yourself today  and engage in whatever makes your spirit sing. Days like this are good for us emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Read, hike, exercise, create, dance or make use of some alone time, the possibilities are endless!  313: The Ascended Masters are telling us that today is a  good time to do a little self-work.  During the winter months we often find ourselves feeling down or trapped in our routines. The coming of Spring however offers us the chance and renew our view of and our approach to life. Surround yourself with healing energy today. Starting with Ground-Center-Clear to release old energy and to help fine tune your connection to the Divine. ( I like to do this exercise outside and if it’s breezy it’s even better. let the wind move through you and visualize it clearing your energy field.) Today’s number is a sign of progress so if you feel stuck look for the things that are holding you back. Remember that you are the creator of your life. Find one good thing, take baby steps or embrace tiny miracles, just do something that helps you to move forward!

124: Our message today is a gentle reminder that our spiritual helpers are always with us and they surround us everyday with loving energy.  We can ask them for help at any time. Especially on days you feel down, scared or helpless. The line of communication is always open and  they don’t “screen their calls or ignore your texts”. Asking for their help can be as easy as saying “Angels/ Goddess, God please give me strength” or “Angels/ Goddess, God please help me now!” Ground and center, take a cleansing breath and allow their peaceful, healing energy to fill your being. It is the desire of our spiritual helpers to promote courage and confidence so that we can achieve our goals and dreams. They know that we are stronger than we realize and that sometimes we forget that. Our power is rooted in belief so believe in your heart that you are strong, blessed and that you have the power of the Universe behind you all the way.

Our thought for the day is a reminder about self care. The holiday season is coming up… fast and sometimes we forget to take care of ourselves. We take on too much, and spread ourselves too thin. We deal with situations and people that create stress and anxiety. Remember that it’s perfectly okay to take some time for yourself, to regroup and ground scattered energy. Above all…………….. just breathe…………..
