Today’s Message: Just Let Yourself Be

1014: Today the angels are reminding us that we can’t take of others if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Make today about what you need. Start your day by performing a self check, then ground, center and release any negative energy that you may have picked up. (You can call upon Archangel Michael to help with this) Remember that your goal is unwind so do something nice for yourself! Unplug for awhile, read a book, meditate, buy yourself a gift, take a walk or even a home spa treatment. Spending a little quality time with yourself helps you to relax, it can change your perspective and generate new and creative ideas. Today the angels are saying “Sit back and just breathe. Let stress and worry go and just let yourself be.”
Affirm : “I am healthy, whole and complete!”

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

Just look around and you will see that the evidence is everywhere and has touched everything, people, places, and nature. Everywhere you look there is reason to be inspired. Today’ lesson in creativity involves peace and is a request to all of our “Peaceful Warriors” out there. The Angels are reminding us that while the world is a troubled place right now we CAN do our part by continuing to work on promoting peace closer to home and on a smaller scale. The old adage “It starts one person at a time” is true. The angels are asking us to promote peace today and challenging us to promote it creatively…..become someone’s inspiration today! Today’s Message: Sharing our Gifts

104: Today the Universe is reminding us that we are always surrounded by divine love. This powerful energy is shared freely and we are being asked to do the same. Empathy and compassion, for self, and for others, are gifts that we can share everyday. While we may not understand or agree with a particular situation or event we can express empathy for what others (or even yourself) are going through. If you are feeling out of sorts today take a moment to clear and center and ask the Source to fill your being with love, peace, and gratitude. Remember, when you love yourself it’s easier to share that love with others. Love and compassion are superpowers that transform all that they touch. Who will you reach out to today?

Today’s Message: Say Goodbye To September

930: As September comes to a close give yourself a big hug. Take a moment and feel the loving energy of the Universe as it surrounds you. Today’s number embraces the principles of communication, common ground and promoting harmony between yourself and others. Remember that you are an amazing being with so many gifts to share and the angels are reminding us not to be afraid to share your truth and love with others. The world as a whole needs more teachers, givers and nurturers and you definitely qualify as that. The Universe and it’s helpers are at your call so make your requests and take the necessary steps to help create a new reality for yourself!

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is  best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.

 The Ascended Master, Saint Padre Pio, keeps us on the path of spiritual and personal growth. As we continue to grow so do our abilities like intuition, compassion, and seeing through the eyes of love. His energy is strong and optimistic which helps to boost our faith and confidence.

The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle on yourself. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which frees the energy needed to assist the creation process and help others along the way.”

Today’s Message: Preparing For Autumn

919: Making your home a safe haven filled with loving, healing energy is our focus for today. As we get closer to the Autumn Equinox the angels are asking us to create a peaceful realm that we can look forward to entering at the end of the day. Home is our sanctuary, one that provides a respite from outside stress for both you and your loved ones. Maybe it’s time to do some space clearing, make peace with a family member, make a comfort meal or even do a little pre-fall cleaning. Remember that little things matter and quite often make the biggest impact especially at home. Use this energy to prepare for the up coming cycles.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Chamuel helps us in creating and maintaining strong and loving relationships. While this includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature, it helps our relationships with others as well. Ask him to help you create an atmosphere of peace, love, and togetherness. His goal is to help us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution.

The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our “Attitude of Gratitude”.By acknowledging what we have to be grateful for we are filled with joy and inner peace which encourages positive flow. He also reminds us of the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find the patience and inner peace we need to go with the flow and can help us embrace the “Tiny Miracles” in our lives as well.

The Roman Goddess Vesta who oversees hearth and home. She helps us to clear space (both in our physical home and our inner home) to make room for new things and teaches us the value of letting go of what we no longer need. ” If something does not make your heart sing put it where it belongs or set it free. This will clear your inner and outer sacred space. Then open the doors and invite the new blessings inside.”
