225: We all experience times when it becomes necessary to let go of outdated and outgrown things like habits, relationships, material items and thought patterns. Hanging on to these things after their “expiration date” can become a crutch that we use when we are afraid to move on. This inhibits our personal and spiritual growth and causes us to flounder. Today the angels are asking us to start letting go of the things that no longer work for us. They know that this can be difficult and sometimes painful. However, the benefits and freedom obtained in the process will clear our path and propel us forward. It will also bring us new opportunities, growth and blessings that help us to achieve what we want most.
Today’s Spirit Helpers include:
Archangel Ariel helps us to embrace our own divine magick which strengthens our manifestation process. Since she works with the earth and environment (nature angels and sprite too) she can help those unfamiliar with the Sacred Feminine work connect with her.

Our lives really begin to change when we learn to shift our perspective on ‘problems.’
From a spiritual perspective, problems offer our best path to growth. Like it or not, pain gets our attention. Discomfort also challenges the ego’s perception that it is in complete control of life. This opens the door for soul’s guidance.
If we want to be rid of the problem, we need to shift from denial and resistance to accept that this situation is present. We need to be willing to truly feel our experience to allow the energy of emotions to move through.
Finally, we need to explore what belief is giving rise to our distress. When we realize the belief is faulty, our shift in perspective resolves the problem. The solution always lies within us.

224: Today we are being reminded to embrace the faith we have in ourselves. The Universe and the angels know that we are worthy of receiving the blessings that they offer. Prosperity, love abundance and more are always available to us. However, there are times when we feel less than worthy and spend precious time knocking ourselves down. (Remember when we talked about being your own worst critic?) At times like this take some time to ground and center…. just breathe, do your best to let go and surrender the situation to your spiritual helpers. Dust off your courage (it’s there.. it really is!), ask for help and give yourself a big hug and acknowledge your power as a creator. However, if we truly want to be successful in our personal evolution and making our dreams happen it’s definitely necessary. Today the Universe is asking us to engage in some positive self expression. Communication is the key that will unlock these doors. No need to be aggressive or project anger because you can be forceful and still be positive. There will always be those people who think they know what’s best for you. If something doesn’t work for you or is pushing you in the wrong direction say so. You have a voice and your Spiritual Helpers are behind you all the way. If you need courage or help finding your voice ask your angels for help.

Although both of these worlds shine as brilliantly as 1st-magnitude stars, and are almost equally bright, Mercury and Saturn might be hard to see with the eye alone in the glow of morning dawn. I made this cheesy cauliflower dish for dinner one night when my husband was gone. It was so good the boys and I ended up not eating anything else but the casserole! I used fat-free milk and cream cheese and it turned out great!

In order for them to take root and grow, you must first believe in yourself as you cultivate these precious seedlings with loving and positive energy. Remember that you already have the necessary skills to be successful and bring your dreams and goals to fruition. This where our faith and confidence comes into play. Start setting yourself up for the long term by taking the small opportunities (seeds) that are offered to you now. Add your energy to them and pull weeds where needed as this will help set things in motion. Stay true to yourself and your vision because you already know what you need to do and where you want to go!
