The key is to meet change with openness and optimism. This helps us to become more self-reliant and confident as it builds both trust and faith. This is the groundwork on which all new things start and the basis for personal fulfillment and happiness. Ask for help or guidance if you need it and remember that help comes in all forms and can arrive from any direction. Give yourself a BIG hug today, you deserve it!

While it’s nice to have someone else pat us on the back and say “Good Job!” our self-confidence benefits more from the divine voice inside. 46: Today’s world can be a stressful place. One filled with changes and energies that impact us as well as our loved ones. Today we are reminded of the April Theme of challenges and change. When we feel overwhelmed by what life throws our way, big or small, take a moment to just breathe and then ask our Angels for help. Our Spiritual Helpers want what best for us and can help us with the things that are needed to bring peace into our lives. Part of the challenge is in our willingness to help ourselves. Remember that the universe can’t do it all for us so we need to do our part to assist the angels by getting out of our own way and by doing what is needed to reduce our stress levels, by setting boundaries, yoga, meditation, dance and letting go of things that are no longer needed. 330: Have you ever noticed that sometimes it’s hard to admit that we need help? It happens…..you know it does! While being self-sufficient is a good thing there are times when we just can’t do it alone. The refusal to ask for or accept help is born out of pride and ego. While these things are good in small doses we have to know when to put them on the shelf when they get in the way. Sometimes all we need is someone to listen and sometimes we need a little more. Remember, there is absolutely no shame in asking for help. You can start with the Angels and the Ascended Masters, they are always available (I always ask Archangel Michael, he’s my go-to guy!) and ready to assist you in anything that brings peace to you and your loved ones.

This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”

323:  Contrary to popular belief we do not necessarily need to be a “cheerleader” to inspire others. The dictionary describes inspire as ” to fill (someone) with the urge or ability to do or feel something, especially to do something creative”. While we sometimes need to open the door and let our inner cheerleader out more often than not the quiet approach is just as effective. Quietly inspiring others is an art form of great value. Doing things (even small things) that bring joy or peace to others, leading by positive example, or even simply offering assistance are all good ways to inspire others. They, in turn, will do the same or similar for someone else. By simply being cheerful, helpful, and positive we share our light with others. Today the Universe would like to thank us for doing our part and quietly inspiring those around us!

Today’s Message: Getting Out Of Our Own Way

315: Every so often it becomes necessary to ferret out the things that no longer work for us. This includes releasing old and outdated feelings, emotions, thoughts, habits, relationships, and patterns. This helps to clear the way so that we can receive new and wonderful things. Although sometimes it feels like the universe has given us too much to handle and negativity rears its ugly head. This reaction is normal (don’t worry)! The key lies in acknowledging these feelings and not letting them take control. Today the angels are advising us to learn from our past mistakes and experiences. Look for the lessons in them and find ONE GOOD THING that came of them, then let them go and move forward. Our ONE GOOD THING is a  starting place to build to the next level. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others.

The Egyptian Goddess Nuit (Nut) represents the sky and the cosmos. She is a mother goddess, a life-giver. She teaches us the importance of nurturing those in our care with patience and love. As a cosmic goddess she reminds us of our divine place in the Universe and while we may feel small and insignificant the truth is far different. She says ” Rejoice in your own power. It is love and patience that allow you to shape the world and make you a creator in your own right. You do not need to have born a child to be a mother, this essence lives within all. Embrace it and send it to those around you.”

Inspirational Apatite helps us to be of service by encouraging us to be more open and at ease in social situations as it promotes a humanitarian attitude.

Chalcedony brings the mind, body, spirit, and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger, or self-doubt. It also promotes good feelings towards self and others.

Deep blue Lapis Lazuli helps to open the Third Eye Chakra (mind’s eye) and stimulates our personal power. It also harmonizes our energies on all levels as this balances and strengthens our knowledge of self. It also helps us to confront the truth of a situation and promotes acceptance of the lesson involved. It promotes clarity and helps us express our opinions in a positive manner and teaches us the value of being an active listener.

Today’s Message: The Inner Voice

129: Today the Universe is reminding us of the importance of trusting in ourselves and the guidance that we receive from within. Our intuition is a powerful ally. However, we sometimes have the tendency to ignore it in favor of outside influences or by allowing our ego getting in the way. Remember that the Universe is always creating something new to take the place of what we have lost. Set ego aside and embrace trust in yourselves and in your own abilities. By learning to trust that inner voice we gain self-confidence, inner peace, and the firm foundation we need to step into our own power. As confidence is gained so does the power of our inner wisdom. Use your natural talents and gifts to help create a new self-reliant you. One who has the confidence to sift through the external noise around them and choose the direction best suited for their personal growth.

The Greek Goddess Artemis helps us to hone our intuitive skills so that we get the information we need without the unnecessary backwash. She teaches us how to trust in ourselves and honor our own wisdom. By following our inner guidance system we are setting ourselves on the path of authenticity and personal truth. Allow yourself to be a “huntress” like Artemis and track down your inner power. She tells us,  “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing and you know in your heart when something is good and right.”

The gentle energy of Blue Lace Agate helps our overall communication skills by teaching us to freely express thoughts and feelings in a peaceful manner. it also allows us to find balance and emotional calm during times of stress. This stone is associated with the Archangel Zadkiel.

Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.

Pietersite (Tempest Stone) helps us to work through beliefs and conditioning imposed upon us by others. It opens our intuitive connection and creates a link to a loving level of guidance. It also helps us see the truth and strengthen our will while increasing our focus on where we really want life to take us. It helps us to rid ourselves of negative energy and replaces it with calm.
