519: One of the best things that we can do for ourselves is to embrace a positive self image. We have all heard the phrase “love yourself”, it’s not only an important part of self care, it also helps to increase our self confidence and feelings of worth. When we love ourselves and like who we are it shows. That’s not to say that there isn’t room for improvement (there’s always room for that) because we really are a work in progress. A positive self image tells the world “I am confident in who I am and I like myself. I am not perfect, however I am trying to be the best person I can be .” Today the angels are saying “Give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the amazing being you are!”




Archangel Chamuel helps us in regards to relationships. This includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. he helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution.  The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha)  brings laughter and joy into our lives. It is through these things that we find ourselves centered in the moment and are able to enjoy the process of our inner growth. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin helps us with all forms of self care, and loving kindness that is directed within ourselves. She says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart and spirit.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following:  Sodalite is a stone for the mind and  encourages clear and calm thinking. It helps us to be objective and helps us to release old mental conditioning and outdated thought patterns as it boosts our self confidence and esteem. Rose Quartz is the essential self love and self care stone. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feeling that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.

516:  Our thoughts create reality, I know that we hear this often. The fact is that it’s true. You see, by acknowledging and focusing on the good things in our lives the happier and more peaceful we are. Now this doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t want something better because we all deserve abundant blessings. Living in gratitude helps to make room for these blessings. Gratitude opens the door, shakes hands with the blessings on the doorstep and invites them in to take a load off and stay awhile. Today the Universe is gently reminding us that that our needs are being met and that today is a great time to offer thanks for what you have and for the blessings that are headed your way!




Archangel Haniel shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. It opens the way for abundance, good fortune and helps us meet our goals successfully. Sunstone is also a stone that bring joy, it helps us provide loving self care. it is linked to all benevolent deities who bring good luck. Sardonyx opens the doors that allow new and helpful people and relationships into our lives and Celestite will not only help us to connect with our angels it promotes balance, alignment and peace during time when we are stressed.

Don’t think you can attain total awareness and whole enlightenment without proper discipline and practice. This is egomania. Appropriate rituals channel your emotions and life energy toward the light. Without the discipline to practice them, you will tumble constantly backward into darkness. – Lao Tzu




514:  The practice of  grounding, clearing and centering is important to our emotional, mental and spiritual health. There are no rules on how often it should be done. But sometimes we need to perform this more often due to stress, major upheavals or changes. As we are currently working with changes we are being reminded that now might be a good time to engage in this self care ritual. This 3 step process helps to keep us balanced and promotes peace and harmony within ourselves and with the Universe. Now that the weather is warmer I suggest “earthing”. Going barefoot in the garden or grass is a wonderful way get grounded and to connect with the energy of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to “root” into the earth and just release, feel the sun on your face and let healing begin!




Archangel Michael can remove all psychic hooks, lines and cords that have been attached to your energy field. By simply asking him to do this is frees up your energy and promotes balance and sense of great peace. 57:  We humans are an impatient lot. If we don’t see immediate results we can become frustrated and upset. The angels are reminding us today to have faith, and patience in yourself and in the Universe. The wheels have been set in motion and while the results may not be visible or tangible yet we must keep our cool  and allow things to unfold naturally. Keep in mind that things are always happening behind the scenes so continue to do your part by letting go of the what no longer serves you, works for you or brings you joy. This creates the room we will need for the  bigger and better things headed our way. Ask the Universe for help and allow your inner wisdom to act as a guide, and above all be true to yourself.




Archangel Uriel gives us essential information that we need when we need it. This assists us during the manifestation process by enhancing our problem solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations. 430:  As we close out the month of April we find that Spirit, the angels and ascended masters are giving us a big thumbs up! The internal and external work that we are doing is paying off and we are starting to see the results of our efforts. Creating personal change is never easy.  However, we have learned that we have the support of the entire universe and that we can call upon it at any time and  for assistance in any matter. The work we have done so far will begin to show big results in the new month so consider this a day of rest and indulge in some down time. “Ground, Center and Clear” then give yourself a big hug for all you have accomplished!




Archangel Jophiel helps us to find beauty around us as well as within us. She tells us to  make time to “stop and smell the roses”.  She also helps us to bounce back from negative situations by showing us all the good things in other areas of of our lives. Remember that goodness and beauty surround us all the time, so stay open to receiving these blessings. Ascended Master Maitreya is telling us to find joy in your day and to  embrace the warm, healing power of laughter. 425: As we head towards the end of the month we are being asked to review our April theme: “We are being challenged to change ourselves. You have the power to make things happen and the Universe is on your side.” Changes require courage and our spiritual helpers are gently reminding us that we are never alone and that hey are here to help with any changes that you are going through. You have grown enough to do what is necessary to make to make your life better, so use your Sacred Tools (faith, intuition) to make the changes that you need to continue your growth. Their message today is “Never be afraid of change. Embrace it and it will embrace you. Don’t fight these changes that are taking place as they are what you need to continue your growth cycle.”




Archangel Jeremiel teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. 420: Yesterday we talked about helping/healing ourselves and others, and today we delve a little deeper. The biggest stumbling blocks are lack of confidence and faith in ourselves. These things can keep us from making the effort because we are afraid to fail. Today the Universe is reminding us that what we perceive as failure is actually progress. Each attempt or step (even baby steps) helps to keep us moving forward and teaches us something new. Our actions are inspiring to ourselves and to others, as we show that while we are a work in progress we continue to persevere to make ourselves the best person we can be. If you try something and it doesn’t work out, look for the one thing that did (there is always at least one) and use that as building block and try again, by doing this we gain self confidence and courage. Step into your power and keep moving upward!




Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey’s that we can heal our selves and our lives and regain self confidence and faith.  The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. 413:  There are times when we could all use a boost of healing energy. When we feel a little needy or emotionally insecure it can be because we have given away too much of ourselves and need to replenish our energies.  Remember that you can’t help yourself or others if you have nothing left to give. Down time, nature time or alone time can help you to recharge. Today the Universe is giving us a boost by surrounding us with the essential energies we need to be balanced and at peace. Remember to ground, clear and center. This will help  you to let go of the negative nasty’s that are sapping your energy. Everyone needs a break from the demands of others so allow yourself this emotional and spiritual spa day!




This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines and cords that have been attached to me others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief and the Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter is one of the greatest healers. The power of laughter  helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. And the Roman/Celtic goddess Sulis invites us to “Look to the elemental power of water for healing and comfort. Water has the power to cleanse away heavy and harmful energies from your body, your spirit and energy field as well.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following: Morganite (aka Pink Beryl) helps to bring awareness to emotional our needs or feelings that remain unfulfilled. It helps us to express them in a positive way so that we can begin the healing process. Rose Quartz, the stone of unconditional love,  soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. it provides a bubble bath for the spirit. And Mahogany Obsidian keeps us grounded and protects as it helps to eliminate energy blocks, and helps promote growth on all levels.
