730:  Our message today invites us to indulge in a little self care. In order to hear and receive both divine guidance, as well as our own, we must take care of ourselves. This involves keeping our energy field clear so that we can be (and stay) focused and centered. Everyday our energy field absorbs bits and pieces of what goes on around us and these things can knock us out of balance. This balance is important when it comes to receiving guidance and messages. Take some time today to ground, center and clear. Clean up your path, pick a few weeds, plant something new and even blow a few dandelions. Don’t forget to harvest some good things along the way….. you’ve earned it!

Balancing Material Issues: Cat’s Angel Message for June 1, 2018 


 June Theme: Balancing our need/desire for earthly materials (possessions, money etc) with focus and faith while staying grounded and present.

61:  Our thoughts are powerful things. They can  bring us anything from great joy, peace or inspiration to anxiety and despair, along with everything in between. Material issues can often be the culprit. Sometimes it feels impossible to be super-positive all the time as some New Age “gurus” say you should be. Negative thoughts happen (it’s part of our human nature) and when they do what’s most important is how you handle them. (Balance) If you hold on to them they breed more negativity and that’s not good for our mental wellbeing. The key is in acknowledging these thoughts and looking for the underlying cause of them (be honest with yourself!). There is always a positive solution and the universe is here to help. By doing our best to turn  negative’s over to our spiritual helpers we can gain valuable insight and new ideas. Essentially it frees up our “thought space”!  Acknowledge, let go and focus on  creative and positive solutions.




 Archangel Raziel can assist us in the manifestation process. Remember that the angels and masters will only help with what we need. So if you want more than that be willing to go the extra mile. The Ascended Master Solomon brings wisdom and understanding so that we can do things more efficiently. This helps us to make the most of what offered to us and  Hindu Goddess Lakshmi helps us to manifest and clear the way for  all forms of abundance including home supplies and food. Today’s Recipe: Vegan French Toast with Strawberry Compote


This is an egg and dairy free French toast that has a crispy outside and custardy middle. Flax and nut milk are used in place of eggs and milk. Use any type of bread you like (I used sourdough here). You can add a bit of cinnamon in the mix if you like, but I wanted the homemade strawberry compote to shine.

Releasing The Emotional Charge: Cat’s Angel Message for May 14, 2018

514: Grounding, clearing and centering is important to our emotional, mental and spiritual health. There are no rules on how often it should be done. But sometimes we need to perform this more often due to stress, major upheavals or changes. Since we are currently working with changes the Angels are telling us that now might be a good time. This 3 step process helps to keep us balanced and promotes peace and harmony within ourselves and with the Universe. Now that the weather is warmer I suggest “earthing”. Going barefoot in the garden or grass is a wonderful way get grounded and to connect with the energy of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to “root” into the earth and just release, feel the sun on your face and let healing begin!




Ascended Master El Morya can help if you have trouble with grounding yourself. He gently helps us in putting aside our worries and cares. Archangel Michael can remove all psychic hooks, lines and cords that have been attached to your energy field. By simply asking him to do this is frees up your energy and promotes balance and sense of great peace and the Celtic Goddess Nemetona who teaches us that nature is the best place to recharge, she says ” I am the spirit of the sacred grove. 59:  The personal work that we have been doing recently is helping to make our lives more stable. Through changes and the letting go process we are finding our balance and are gaining a clearer view of our life path. I like to visualize this path as being surrounded by vegetation. There are plants in various stages of growth, flowers, trees and of course…. weeds. The weeds represent things that we need to let go of. A we pull these weeds we are clearing the way for new growth. We may even find some of the thought seeds we had planted and forgotten about or bare spots where we can plant new things. The angels are simply asking us to do some personal gardening today. Set a goal of weed-plant-nurture to get your personal garden into shape!




The Greek Goddess Persephone teaches us how to liberate ourselves from the things that are holding us back so that we can forge ahead on a new path. This lady has both an iron will and compassion. She tells us “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath. By shedding light in dark places we often find treasures we had forgotten. These treasure can form the foundations that you need.” Archangel Chamuel helps us to get back on track. He is showing us how to build the strong foundations we need to be successful in all areas of life. These foundations are created in part through the letting go process and through the positive changes that we embrace, and the Ascended Master Saint Germain helps find creative solutions during times when we feel unsure of our direction stuck in place. He guides us through the essential space clearing so that we can start the building and growth process.




Our Sacred Stones for today are Rhodonite which helps us to shed old-outdated and harmful thinking and patterns. It helps us to find our confidence and clears away confusion as it helps balance our energy and  Unakite which promotes rebirth and gently assists us in finding and releasing old things that are blocking our progress.

321: The Ascended Masters are sending us a gentle reminder today about faith. While it’s important to have faith in the Divine Source it’s just as important to have faith in yourself. This can also be seen as as an extension of yesterday’s theme of hope and new beginnings. By having faith in ourselves we are effectively acknowledging our readiness to embrace new beginnings and the hope we have for better things to come. We also gain valuable insight on a personal level and have a better understanding of our strengths and weaknesses. The key is to maintain a balance of faith between yourself and the Divine. Remember that you are a powerful creator and that the Universe is on your side!


The Ascended Masters like Jesus, Moses, El Morya can help with all areas of faith. The Archangels can help as well. Michael promotes courage and Raphael shows us how to heal areas of lives so that we can gain self confidence and faith and the Egyptian Goddess Isis teaches us that through our own divine magick we find joy and increased self esteem

310:  Today the Ascended Masters are asking us to look for the truth around us. Everyday we are surrounded by people and situations that can leave us drained or wondering about the true motivations behind them. This is an exercise in using your own gift of intuition. Like any talent the more we use it the better  we become in seeing the truth in ourselves, others and situations. This helps us to make better decisions  along our path and create better relationships. If you are unsure ask the Ascended Masters or Angels for guidance and they will help to guide you in the right direction.














































 The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps keep our energy balanced and  flowing. This is essential for using our gifts and understanding the information we receive.  The Inuit Goddess Sedna helps us develop our intuition through the dreamtime, you can connect with her in or around water. They will show you things you missed while your mind was busy and active” and the Egyptian Goddess Maat clarifies confusing situations and helps us to see the truth and integrity in others.

219: Throughout our lives we constantly learn new things and it is through this process that we continue to grow. The knowledge and insights that we acquire can be shared and plays an important role in our “service to others”. Service to others means that we are putting them before ourselves and while this is a good thing the angels want us to remember the importance of balance. We can tip the scales in either direction and give too much or not enough. There are many ways that we can be of service and lead or teach others, however the simplest forms are through word, deed or example. If you think about it it’s pretty cool that these simple things have the power to inspire those around us whether we’re aware of it or not. Today we are being asked to share our light with others through word, deed or example. Look to the people who inspire you and strive to inspire others.  Shine -Inspire-Be Inspired-Grow!


Archangel Haniel brings grace into our lives. She shows us the path to peace and harmony and helps us to stay poised under stress. Mother Mary teaches us about compassion which is so needed in the world today. The path to true compassion embodies both love and understanding of your own views and those of others and the Ascended Master Buddha helps us stay centered in peace and helps us to find our balance point.

22:  Today is Imbolc, Candlemas, the Festival of Light. The Universe is asking us to embrace the faith we have in ourselves and in the new beginnings this faith brings. Imbolc is a time of renewal and our number for today is one power and purpose. Just like the first signs of spring we push towards the light in an effort to grow. As we reach towards the light our faith empowers us to find fulfilment in achieving our dreams and goals. Don’t force to make things happen. This is another lesson that we can learn from nature. Grow with purpose yet allow things to unfold. By doing so we achieve an overall sense of balance which restores us to harmony. Take time today to reaffirm your faith and where you are on your path as you move into this new cycle. Open your mind and heart and guide your thought seed toward the light.

125: Changes are an ongoing part of life, some we initiate for ourselves while others hit us out of the blue.  Our focus today is on changes that we initiate.  When we make requests of the angels and the Universe it’s remember to keep your intentions clear. Be specific as this helps the Universe direct the right opportunity your way and provides a powerful focus point for you as well. Today, the angels are telling you that your prayers have been heard. Their message is ” Change = Growth” and the things that are happening for you now will be good for you and those around you. Turn your fear and worry over to us to deal with so that your focus remains uninterrupted.” Keep in mind that the answers and opportunities you seek can come from both expected and unexpected sources so don’t cut yourself short by looking in only one direction!


Keep working with Archangel Michael today.  He gives us courage and direction during times of change as well as offering protection.
