Life Is too Short For Stress: Cat’s Angel Message for April 6, 2018 

 April Theme:  We are being challenged to change ourselves. You have the power to make things happen and the Universe is on your side.

46:  Today’s world can be a stressful place. One filled with changes and energies that impact us as well as our loved ones. Today we are reminded of the April Theme of challenges and change. When we feel overwhelmed by what life throws our way, big or small,  take a moment to just breathe and then ask our Angels for help. Our Spiritual Helpers want what best for us and can help us with the things that bring peace to ourselves and to our loved ones. Part of the challenge is our willingness to help ourselves. Our helpers can’t do it all for us so we need to do our part to assist the angels by getting our stress levels down, yoga, meditation, dance and letting go of things that no longer serve our highest good . Letting go of stress allows us to reclaim our power and infuse our lives with new energy!




Archangel Zadkiel teaches us to hold compassion for ourselves and for others. This can help to reduce our stress levels, the Greek Goddess Iris, Lady of Rainbows, helps us to find the calm in the storm. She is the bringer of hope and she gently surrounds us with an all will be well energy,  and Laughing Buddha (Maitreya) helps us to keep our sense of humor during difficult times. He teaches us that being able to laugh reduces stress and creates positive flow.




Our Sacred Stones for today include Moss Agate which can help to replenish and refresh your soul and to release fear and deep seated stress and Chrysoprase to relieves stress as it promotes hope and draws our attention to more positive events.

216: We all struggle with material concerns and although we do our best to maintain a positive outlook there are times when we find ourselves stuck in the “Swamp of  Worry &  Fear”. This little side trip happens to everyone, it’s normal. The key is in having faith in yourself to  make things happen even when the cards seem stacked against you. The Universe and its helpers are reminding us that when the swamp beckons to take a moment and find your center. Let go of fear and worry and focus on what’s good in your life, Embracing gratitude allows us to gain clarity and focus. This helps us to start building a bridge through the Swamp and while we may get out feet muddy our gratitude keeps us from becoming stuck.


Archangel Chamuel helps us to find what is lost (including ourselves) and promotes the  focus and clarity we need to navigate safely. The Hindu Goddess Green Tara helps us with immediate assistance when we are in desperate need and the Ascended Master Buddha helps us to stay balanced in this ever shifting world.

Apophyllite to help us overcome anxiety, worry and fear. It calms  and helps us to release negative thought patterns.


Sunstone helps us to find our optimism and enthusiasm as it teaches us to nurture ourselves instead of beating ourselves up. It brings good fortune and luck

123: We humans are busy creatures. We spend our days scurrying about like ants on a mission and expend  great amounts of energy, time and money. Some of the “expenditures” are worthwhile and others are not. It’s easy to wear ourselves out. Humans also tend to hang onto things like people, things and activities simply out of habit. Today our angels are asking us to look at where our time, energy and money go and to root out the things we no longer need, have outgrown or keep hanging onto just because. Simplify your life is the key phrase for today. Be proactive about making room in your life and check the expiration dates. If something doesn’t fulfill you, bring you joy, or it steals your energy it’s time to let it go. Remember that through simplifying and clearing you are making room for new adventures, friends, and blessings!


Archangel Michael helps us to see that it’s alright to let things go and gives the courage we need to make it happen. Ascended Master Babaji can assist us in the process of simplifying our lives by showing us how to detach from material things and Buddha helps us to balance what’s important to us by teaching us about the perils of excess. Our Sacred Stone for today is Prehnite. This stone is used in Feng Shui and helps in the decluttering process. It helps us to see what needs to go and helps us to let go.c

117: Today we have entered the New Moon phase which begins a new cycle so it’s a great time to ditch what didn’t work for you last month and make  some new plans. Along these lines the Universe is encouraging us to stick to our path. All the work we’ve done, the changes we have made and are making are starting to pay off. Make a conscious decision to move forward and  stay focused on the things you want to accomplish. The key is to let go of your worries and fears as you continue to push onward. Our angels understand that we sometimes get discouraged when results don’t happen right away. So they are reminding us to have faith in ourselves and in the loving energy of the Divine. The wheels are turning behind the scenes and things are falling into place.


The Ascended Master Babaji helps us to create a strong, clear line to the angels and the Divine Source. Archangel Raziel gently guides us through the manifestation process so that we are more adept at creating what need and want and the Greek goddess Artemis helps us to pursue our goals with focus. She is a Lady of the New Moon  and can help us set new goals to replace the ones that aren’t paying off , fell by the wayside or just didn’t work out. Ask her for guidance and to aid your intuitive skills. Our Sacred Stone for today is Tourmalinated Quartz. This stone which combines the properties of both Quartz and Tourmaline is an excellent grounding stone and helps to transform negative energy and thoughts into positive ones.

115: The new year just like any new cycle brings change. The key to embracing change lies in how we deal with it.The truth is that change is necessary for our overall growth although to often we see change as a scary monster to be avoided. When dealing with change we can either fight or accept. Struggling with change  keeps us from growing (emotionally, mentally, spiritually) and creates unneeded stress and can keep us from achieving our desired dreams and goals. Holding grudges or unforgiving thoughts about yourself or others also keeps us from moving forward and our angels are asking us to let these things go. However, if we embrace change and allow it to unfold naturally we emerge stronger and more confident. Today the universe is asking us to make friends with change and to elevate our thinking. Stay focused on what’s important in your life and continue working toward a positive outcome. Accept that these changes are happening for your overall good and that it’s time to open the doors to new adventures.


We will be working with two archangels today. Jeremiel helps us to see the changes we need to make and move forward and Zadkiel helps us to forgive by letting go so that we can move on. The Greek goddess Hecate teaches us about the importance of change. She helps us to release the past and the old things that keep us from moving on and how to accept change and transition. Our Sacred Stones for today are Tiger’s Eye which strengthens our resolve to make things happen and softens any stubbornness where change is concerned and Iolite to help ease the process of change and reduce stress.

113: The battle against negativity shows up in our daily messages quite often. The angels only ask that you do the best you can because they understand that it’s not possible or even healthy to never have a negative thought. Everyday we come into contact  with the negative thoughts and energy of others or the kind we create for ourselves. The truth is that it cannot be avoided, it’s normal and it happens. The key here is to acknowledge these feelings, figure out what triggered them, and look for one positive thing in the experience. Then ask for divine help and let it go, turning it over to the angels to transmute into something better. Today we are being offered extra help from the Ascended Masters and the Divine Feminine. Remember that no problem is too big for them to handle so if you need help… ASK! Not only will they take the weight from your shoulders they will offer gentle and loving guidance that will help you on your path!


Archangel Zadkiel helps us to find the compassion and often forgiveness needed to release negativity. The Hawaiian goddess Pele helps to open the channels of honest communication during times of negative conflict, and Ascended Master Melchizedek  helps us diffuse unpleasant situations. 18: A new year means new beginnings, however new things can sit in the wings if you haven’t done the work necessary to tie up any/all loose ends. Whatever you have pending, putting off, or ignoring will hold you back and keep you from moving forward and generating new blessings. Today the Universe is telling us that it’s time to get moving because our time to shine is here…… NOW. Finish old business to make room for new opportunities. Allow your inner wisdom to guide you, you already know what you need to let go of so find your strength and courage to do the work to make it happen. Free yourself and your energy to become the amazing creator that you are meant to be!

These are some pretty wise words from Hemingway. People worry, it’s just human nature but it’s how we deal with it that matters. Too often we allow ourselves to get stuck in things we have no control over. As we continue to wrestle with it is consumes our time and our energy. While we’re distracted life passes us by and we miss out on so much. The key is in knowing what we can fix and what we can’t. If you can’t control it let it go or set it aside. This frees up your energy for more important things and before you know it those worries have either resolved themselves or simply disappeared.

Our Sacred Stone for today is Rose Quartz. I know we use this one alot, however this soft stone is a wonderful healer for overwrought emotion, stress and anxiety. It soothes mind, body and spirit like a fuzzy blanket or bubble bath.
