411:  Today is one of those days when you may feel a little overly sensitive to other people and outside energies. The angels are telling us to avoid unpleasant people and situations if you can manage it. Otherwise “bubble up” and surround yourself with protective energy and let the “nasties” bounce off. Another way to keep your sanity today would be to engage in something creative. Immersing yourself in a creative project is a sure way to promote peaceful feelings and it also creates a block against negative energy. Remember, the angels are just a thought away so if you need help just ask them! Your key words today are Ground- Center- Clear. 




 Archangel Michael who surrounds us with protection and helps us to clear our energy and space. He also helps us to find the courage and direction that we need to work through any obstacles.  The Ascended Master Serapis Bey who helps us to embrace loving self care and provides spiritual insight and peace. by providing the necessary spiritual insight we need when dealing with negative people, feelings or situations. By surrounding yourself with loving energy you can find the peace you need to deal with off color moments. And the Egyptian goddess Hathor  reminds us of the importance of loving self care. She says, “Beautiful soul, you need no ones approval but your own Now look within and embrace your divine spark.”




 






Our Sacred Stones for today are Smoky Quartz which grounds our energy and neutralizes negativity by replacing it with a positive vibe. Creative Carnelian is also a powerful protector against negative zings sent by others. Chiastolite (Cross Stone)used in ancient times to ward off ill wishes and curses, is also a great protector. it’s other uses include bringing harmony from conflict and dispels negative thoughts and patterns.

1014:  Every so often the angels encourage us to take some time for a little self care. Today the angels are reminding us that we can’t take of others if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Start your day by performing a self check, ground, center and release any negative energy that is stuck to you. (You can call upon Archangel Michael to help with this…. see our Angelic Helper below). Then do something nice for yourself! Unplug for awhile, meditate, buy yourself a gift, take a walk or even a home spa treatment. Just spend a little quality time with yourself.

113: The battle against negativity shows up in our daily messages quite often. The angels only ask that you do the best you can because they understand that it’s not possible or even healthy to never have a negative thought. Everyday we come into contact  with the negative thoughts and energy of others or the kind we create for ourselves. The truth is that it cannot be avoided, it’s normal and it happens. The key here is to acknowledge these feelings, figure out what triggered them, and look for one positive thing in the experience. Then ask for divine help and let it go, turning it over to the angels to transmute into something better. Today we are being offered extra help from the Ascended Masters and the Divine Feminine. 1225: Today the Universe is asking us to perform a self check (it’s been awhile since we have done one!). Usually we are checking our balance or our current  life path position, but today is a little different. Today’s check involves hidden negatives. We tend to hide things that we don’t like about ourselves, our job our situation or, negative thoughts about ourselves and others. The message is simple ” Hanging on to the negative things in your life offers no benefit to  you or your loved ones. The time has come to unearth these things and heal them.” Start looking for the small hurtful places. The Winter Solstice with it’s message of new beginnings and light is a great time to activate the self healing process. While this kind of work is never easy it will help us not only on our path, it will also usher in beneficial  new blessings.  We are never alone, the Goddess, Angels and the Ascended Masters are all here to help!


Archangel Michael surrounds with his loving protection at all times especially during times of self healing. The Celtic Sun God Lugh helps us to heal from painful and negative situations. He is the embodiment of the sun itself and his energy helps to burn things away. Our Sacred Stone for today is Black Obsidian. 826: Our message today is about fear. Fear, like anger and negative thinking happens and it’s normal (don’t let anyone tell you that they are not). However, while they’re normal it’s easy to get caught up in them, so what’s important is HOW we handle these emotions. Fear affects our outlook, our faith, our self confidence and even our lives. if we let fear rule our lives and our actions it breaks our faith and our forward momentum. On the other hand if we look for the underlying source of our fear and acknowledge it we find it easier to let it go and inner strength and our power as a creator grows. Our angels are reminding us that we are safe and our needs are being met. Take some time today to clear your energy field and release any negatives that hanging around. You’ve totally got this!
