The Best of You: Cat’s Angel Message for November 14, 2017

1114:  Our message today combines the power of positive thought with self care. We all know that  it’s hard to be positive all the time and this is normal. We all slip occasionally and it’s okay! The thing about negative thought patterns is that by holding on to them it can cause self harm through lack of self care. The Universe is telling us that self care is important because if we are unable to help ourselves first we won’t be able to help those who need us. Did you know that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by eliminating the words “IF”= That’s never going to happen and “BUT”= I lack faith and self confidence, from your positive thought vocabulary. Replace If with WHEN and But with HOWEVER and it will give your statement a positive push. If you are having trouble with being or staying positive take the time to ground-center-clear and remember to breathe. Ask the universe to help you and let yourself be open to the assistance that is waiting for you.

Archangel Jophiel helps us to bounce back from negative people and situations. She fills our spirit with beauty and surrounds us with divine love. The goddess Kuan Yin helps to replenish our being as she helps us embrace compassion for our own well being. Our Sacred Stone for today is Azurite-Malachite. this powerful combination stone helps us to create new energy through focus on the acceptance of our own power which reduces our stress levels.

Take a Vacation Day: Cat’s Angel Message for October 27, 2017

1027: Today the Universe is giving us a vacation day from the inner work that we have been doing. It’s is a great time time to show yourself a little love and recharge those spiritual batteries. Ground, clear and center, meditate, take yourself to lunch or a movie, buy yourself a present or just kick back with a good book or take a nature walk. On day’s like this our connection with Spirit and the angels tends to be relaxed and open. Gently meditate on messages that you receive and allow the information to come to you. Pay attention to things that excite or move you to take action as this will prepare you for some pretty nifty stuff headed our way in November!

Archangel Jophiel helps to slow down and just chillout. We all deserve some down time to rejuvenate our spirits.  Cordelia is a goddess of nature and technically Spring is her season. She has shown up today to remind us that every season has it’s own unique beauty and healing energy.  Embrace joy today to help you to escape stress and let go. 1014: Every so often the angels encourage us to take some for a little self care. Today is that day! Today the angels are reminding us that we can’t take of others if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Start your day by performing a self check, ground, center and release any negative energy that is stuck to you. Then do something nice for yourself! Unplug for a while, meditate, buy yourself a gift, take a walk or even a home spa treatment. Just spend a little quality time with yourself.  Affirm : “I am healthy, whole and complete!”

Archangel Michael can help cut away all psychic hooks, lines and cords that are draining your energy, he will help you, you just need to make the request of him. Thought for the Day: September 7, 2017 ” At The End Of The Day”

Happy Thursday,

A friend shared this quote the other day and I just fell in love with it. We can be our own worst critics and harder on ourselves than anyone else. Our thought for the day goes with yesterday’s of inner peace. By accepting that there is only so much of you to go around and that you can’t do everything AND that that’s OKAY, is a step toward inner peace. For me this is a personal lesson since I became a caregiver and have two houses where things need to be done. I’m learning to choose the most pressing or important things on any given day. If I can fit something else in….. great, if not there is always tomorrow. By accepting this there is a sense of weight lifted and a feeling of accomplishment for what did get done. It’s a change of perspective and outlook that helps heal both mentally and emotionally. Take time to tell yourself “good job” and above all be gentle with yourself. You deserve that as much as anyone!

831: We will end the month of August by continuing yesterday’s quiet time with the Ascended Masters (AM’s). Over the past few weeks we have called on both the AM’s and the Angels of Abundance for guidance and reassurance. By doing so we have elevated our consciousness to a more loving and positive level. In turn this new lighter vibration encourages the flow of blessings on all levels. Stay open to accepting these new blessings with gratitude and continue harvesting your inner bounty. This helps to fill our personal cornucopia to overflowing. The Ascended Masters are surrounding us with peaceful energy and will provide direction if we feel a bit overwhelmed. get ready for a new month filled with unlimited possibilities!

Happy Wednesday!


Being gentle with yourself should be a part of our daily self care routine. However, there are times when we can be our own worst critic. We get upset with ourselves when we experience a setback , a failure or even when one small thing doesn’t quite work out.  Making mistakes encourages us to grow and learn. Sometime’s when we are overly critical or beating ourselves up over something that didn’t go right  it can stop us from trying again. When this happens simply walk away from it for a time. Take some deep cleansing breaths, ground and center. Find your peaceful place and chill. This frees the mind and allows new energy and ideas to come forward. Now……………. go out and create some tiny miracles!

Happy Tuesday!


There are times when you just need to get outside, away from the confining walls where most of us spend our weekdays. Nature can help provide us with needed self care and stress relief. Doing something as simple as sitting in the sun for 10 minutes can clear the mind and help you to relax. I used to take my lunch break at a nearby park every day, sun, rain, or snow. I’d watch the butterflies and the birds along the river. It was a great way to put the job behind me for a time and I always left feeling refreshed. So today I leave you with these pagan words of wisdom!

731: As the month of july comes to a close take a moment to give yourself a big hug. We have done a lot of work recently so be sure to acknowledge your personal growth. Today the Angels are telling us that the work we have done is paying off even if the results aren’t visible yet. Have faith in yourself and the progress, changes and steps you have taken. Continue the self care routine from yesterday and focus on centering and balancing as this will be important for the work that begins in August. Spirit, the Ascended Masters and the Angels want you to know that you have grown in ways that you can’t begin to imagine (yet).. so stay focused, confident and above all believe in yourself!

730:  Our message today involve a little self care. In order to hear and receive both divine guidance as well as our own we must take care of ourselves. This involves keeping our energy field clear so that we can be focused and centered.  Everyday our energy field absorbs bits and pieces of what goes on around us and these things can knock us out of balance. Being balanced is important when it comes to receiving guidance and messages. Take some time today to ground, center and clear. Clean up your path, pick a few weeds, plant something new and even blow a few dandelions. Don’t forget to harvest some good things along the way….. you’ve earned it!
