118: The Universe is asking us to perform a balance check today. This is a reminder that doing this regularly is always in our best interest and is an important part of our self-care routine. Remember that there is a fine line between giving and receiving and tipping the scales in either direction causes imbalance. By giving away too much of ourselves stress levels skyrocket and we become drained and tired. If we receive or take too much from others, not only do we drain them but our energy changes from positive and loving to needy and greedy. If you find that you are tipping the scales in either direction take the time to ground and center then make the adjustments to free up and even out your energy flow. This will help to open the doors to new things that you might miss out on otherwise. Remember, staying balanced means that you have more energy to create your dreams and goals.

117: We are the masters of our own destiny AND the creators of our own reality. While this may sound cliché… it’s also the truth. All the work we’ve done and the changes we have made and are making are starting to pay off and the Universe is encouraging us to stick to our path. Hold your course and find the things that are important to you, so make a conscious decision to focus on them. Simplify things if needed and readjust your course to stay on track. Listen to your inner guidance and let go of your worries and fears as you continue to push onward. Our spirit helpers understand that we sometimes get discouraged when results don’t happen right away. So they are reminding us to have faith in ourselves and in the loving energy of the Divine. Faith- Perspective- Focus are today’s keywords. Have faith in what you want to create (dreams and goals). Use your powers of perception and look for that “one good thing” and use it to create that first step. 115: The new year just like any new cycle brings new beginnings and change. Remember that the key to embracing change lies in our perception of it and how we deal with it. There are three options where change is concerned:

Fight it: Struggling with change keeps us from growing (emotionally, mentally, spiritually) and creates unneeded stress which can keep us from achieving our desired dreams and goals. It wears us us out on all levels leaving us drained and vulnerable.

Ignore it: Change will happen anyway, however, we forfeit our control of the creation process and can wind up settling for less. If we follow this path change blindsides us which can also cause stress, fear and anxiety.

Work with it: This allows you to take an active roll in the creation process. By embracing change we can set things in motion then allow things to unfold naturally and nudge things along as needed. This invites our creative energy forward which aids our powers of perspective.

Today the Universe is asking us to make friends with change and to elevate our thinking. Stay focused on what’s important in your life and continue working toward a positive outcome. Accept that these changes are happening for your overall good and that it’s time to open the doors to new adventures.

110: Today the Universe is reminding us that we control the our own creation. The key today lies in utilizing our skills, talents and our unique form of creativity. Focus on what’s important right now and the things that will be best for you in the long run as these things will help to pen the doors that you need to move forward. If you need direction or guidance ask the angels for help. Remember that guidance comes in many forms. Some of which will be unexpected, things you have been ignoring or simply come out of the blue. Take the information that you receive from your “sources” and sift through it. Pick out what is best for YOU and discard the rest. “If it doesn’t flow, let it go.” This will help you create a workable game plan that meshes nicely with what you want to accomplish in the new year.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music and he is associated with the color turquoise!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.

The Ascended Master Saint Germain helps us to persevere in our personal quests and provides us with courage and direction. He teaches us how to clear the way and free our minds from worry so that we can work on more important things and shows us the way to comfortably interact with people and situations that can help us achieve our goals.

The Egyptian goddess Hathor helps us to find the answer to the question “How shall I live my life?” She tells us that every moment gives us opportunities for growth. ” Indecision can be the enemy whose goal is keep you distracted and from hearing the voice of your heart. Remember that each moment gives you the opportunity to learn and grow. It is what you were made for!”

Azurite increases our ability to receive spiritual guidance and helps us to see through illusions so that we can see our path clearly. It helps to develop our intuitive skills as it expands the mind to promote clear thinking, understanding and new perspectives.

Beryl teaches us how to fulfill our true potential. It helps us to see both sides of a situation, opportunity or problem and promotes strategic planning so that we can use it to our best advantage.

Turquoise helps us with creative problem solving and promotes both balance and intuition. It is aligned with the Throat Chakra and teaches us to speak up for ourselves and to speak our truth, which can be a valuable asset when working with gratitude and our ability to create. Turquoise helps to purify our energy and clears away negative energy. it aids our problem solving skills and protects us against self sabotaging thoughts and actions.

19: Helping ourselves and being of service. These two things are often connected because as we help ourselves we are also helping those closest to us. Being of service does not always mean offering time, and energy to the community or to the world and that by starting small we can make a difference. The truth is that before we can help others was must first be willing to help ourselves and that it is through our own actions that we find ourselves leading by example. This shows others that positive changes can be made. It provides inspiration to those who need it and that every day whether we are aware of it or not, we have the ability to make a difference in someone’s life. Today the angels are reminding us that they are here to help and are asking us to share our optimistic glow while projecting good vibes to those around you.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is essential to the letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and teaches us to just breathe and embrace compassion which in turn makes room for new growth. This is one of the best self-healing practices and gifts that we can give ourselves.

The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others.She helps to fill our hearts with peace and love and helps everyone regardless of path or religion.

The Celtic Goddess Aeracura shows us the way to expand and share our loving energy. She tells us, ” Playfulness and a carefree spirit are the heart of true abundance. By sharing of yourselves it creates an energy that spreads and grows.”

Inspirational Apatite helps us to be of service by encouraging us to be more open and at ease in social situations as it promotes a humanitarian attitude.

Charoite. This multi-hued mineral is a stone of transformation. It helps to open our hearts to the concept of unconditional love and brings those energies forward. Charoite enhances our perception and helps to ground our spiritual nature into everyday reality and helps us to see ways we can be of service. This stone can be used to reduce stress and worry as it helps us to overcome fear.
