Today’s Message: Expanded Horizons

1015: Fall is a transformative season that embodies change. As we travel life’s path our beliefs and overall perceptions go through periods of change and growth. The Universe is letting us know that we are entering one of these periods now. These coming changes will benefit both ourselves and our loved ones and will have a powerful impact on what we do in the future. Yesterday’s self care day was the first step in helping us to prepare for the personal transformations that will be occurring. Our ability to be open to divine guidance as well as our optimistic attitude will benefit us during this period of emotional and spiritual growth. Creative thinking also comes into play and will take us down new avenues that we are now ready to explore. The key is to be confident in yourself and your intuitive skills because you are the only one who truly knows what’s best for you. Take the opinions of others with a grain of salt, if their words have merit consider them, but ultimately the choices are yours. Embrace this time of personal growth and get ready to expand your horizons!

The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protecting yourself from the negative or controlling energy of others. She says: ” Personal boundaries are important to your well being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

It also helps to balance the emotions and calm our fears so that we can work through problems and temporary setbacks so we may reach our full potential. Gently encouraging creative thinking and creative problem solving as it brings our intuitive skills forward, promoting control and confidence so these skills become more familiar and easier to access. Today’s Message: Just Let Yourself Be

1014: Today the angels are reminding us that we can’t take of others if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Make today about what you need. Start your day by performing a self check, then ground, center and release any negative energy that you may have picked up. (You can call upon Archangel Michael to help with this) Remember that your goal is unwind so do something nice for yourself! Unplug for awhile, read a book, meditate, buy yourself a gift, take a walk or even a home spa treatment. Spending a little quality time with yourself helps you to relax, it can change your perspective and generate new and creative ideas. Today the angels are saying “Sit back and just breathe. Let stress and worry go and just let yourself be.”
Affirm : “I am healthy, whole and complete!”

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

1013: Today’s number corresponds with our intuition which fits in neatly with this month’s theme. As we learn to open ourselves to receive divine guidance and messages it’s only fair to point out that sometimes we are given information that we don’t understand. Sometimes this is information that we need now, while other times it’s meant to be stored away for future reference. So why would this happen? Well… this is the Universe’s way of giving you a heads up and helping you to prepare for the next step. Our Angels are always available to help you clarify the information that you have received and aren’t sure of. If you are experiencing confusion over a received message ask them to help clarify the meaning and make room for new information by turning over any worries or concerns that you have that pertain to current issues. Pay attention to the clues you are given and look for answers in unexpected places.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. Turquoise helps us with creative problem solving and promotes both balance and intuition. Turquoise helps to purify our energy and clears away negative energy. it aids our problem solving skills and protects us against self sabotaging thoughts and actions. 1012: Over the past few days the focus has been centered around being creative and creative thinking. The Universe embodies the ultimate essence of creativity. Just look around and you will see that the evidence is everywhere and has touched everything, people, places, and nature. Everywhere you look there is reason to be inspired. Today’ lesson in creativity involves peace and is a request to all of our “Peaceful Warriors” out there. The Angels are reminding us that while the world is a troubled place right now we CAN do our part by continuing to work on promoting peace closer to home and on a smaller scale. Just like a negative focus draws negative things. Remember, negative thoughts are normal (we all have them) and they should never be dismissed out of hand. The key here is to acknowledge and examine them, look for the “WHY” you feel that way, and release it to the Universe. Today we are being asked to engage our creative side, do something fun or that brings you joy and to avoid addictive behaviors and toxic situations or people.
