926:  Today we continue to delve into faith and how it assists us on our path. As we talked about yesterday, your faith is an asset that will serve you well if you nurture it and allow it to grow. By having faith in ourselves and in the Universe we are able to see that we truly have everything we need for success. It is a 50/50 relationship that when balanced opens doors to new things and opportunities, including material support. The angels are telling us today that it’s time to perform a balance check. Is your faith balanced or are you tipping the scales and letting fear or worry take over? If you are off balance take some time today to ground and center, acknowledge your concerns and turn them over to the angels to transmute into something better. Remind yourself that you are worthy of great things and reflect on the good things that have happened recently. Even if it’s just one thing remember that it’s a starting point. So firm up your resolve and move forward. Do not backpedal or allow yourself to become stagnate. Success happens with forward movement and by helping ourselves we receive the assistance that we need.

Sometimes being of service can be a big undertaking, however, more often than not it’s the small things that bring the greatest joy and reward. There are many ways to be of service: Helping an elderly relative or neighbor. Maybe you know someone who needs a little mentoring or just someone to talk to. Spending quality time with your family. Volunteering at a local charity or even helping a stranger. Embrace unity and community and keep the energy moving today, not only does it makes others feel good, it makes you feel good too!

I’ve learned to relax more. Everybody feels pressure in what they do, maybe mine is just a little different because there doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day to accomplish what I want to. – Tom Cruise




627:  Today the Universe is offering us a vacation day. We have been getting things done and are headed in the right direction. Take a break today and make time to recharge your spiritual and emotional batteries. Do something nice for yourself, create some down time and just chill and remember to give yourself a BIG hug. You deserve it! Use this vacation day wisely as we are in the final days of this month and the rest of the week will involve tying up loose ends.

Focus & Faith: Cat’s Angel Message for June 22, 2019

All things are difficult before they are easy. – Thomas Fuller




622:  Our message for today revolves around both focus and faith. The Universe is asking us to stay focused in the now and avoid distractions. When we get busy or overwhelmed our focus turns inward and is lost. Sometimes this is necessary, however it also tends to pull us away from the things going on around us that require our undivided attention. This is where our faith comes into play. Give your inner worrywart a hug and remind them that things will work out and you both will be fine. Paying attention today will keep you focused on what’s really important so that you don’t miss out!




 Archangel Jophiel reminds us that worry solves nothing as it doesn’t nurture or heal. The effort you put into worry is better used through creative pursuits, which in itself is a kind of meditation. She helps us to slow down and find both beauty and harmony in our day and in our world. The Ascended Master Paramahansa Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself.
