Stress and anxiety are  created through negative thoughtforms and emotions, both ours and those of others. They bog down our energy which halts our forward momentum. For those who are struggling with this the Universe and our Spiritual helpers are here to help us. They are asking us to turn our emotional stresses,  fears and worries over to them.  When we engage in this powerful letting go process we feel better and we gain clarity. Invite your creative mind to come forward. This effectively promotes communication, improves our overall mood and opens us to new ideas as it stabilizes you energy. 1115:  The Universe is asking us to raise our thoughts to a higher level.  By allowing ourselves to rise above negativity we are able to create positive changes.  This  opens  the way for new and wonderful things. There are times when it seems like the universe has given us too much to handle and our vibrations and energy plummet.  The key lies in our  ability to recognize the things that we can work with now as opposed to the things that are out of our control. We always have the option of putting things on the back burner until we have the necessary components to solve the issue or it works out on it’s own. This frees our energy so that we can concentrate on what’s important.

Self-care is critical to having a strong inner foundation. Taking good care of YOU means the people in your life will receive the best of you rather than what is left of you.

1114:  Our message today combines the power of positive thought with self care. We all know that  it’s hard to be positive all the time and this is normal. We all slip occasionally and it’s okay! The thing about negative thought patterns is that by holding on to them it can cause self harm through lack of self care. The Universe is telling us that self care is important because if we are unable to help ourselves first we won’t be able to help those who need us. Did you know that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by eliminating the words “IF”= That’s never going to happen and “BUT”= I lack faith and self confidence, from your positive thought vocabulary. Replace If with WHEN and But with HOWEVER and it will give your statement a positive push. If you are having trouble with being or staying positive take the time to ground-center-clear and remember to breathe. Ask the universe to help you and let yourself be open to the assistance that is waiting for you.

Archangel Jophiel helps us to bounce back from negative people and situations. She fills our spirit with beauty and surrounds us with divine love. 117: We start the day with  a big hug from our angels. They are letting us know that we are on the right path and the work we are doing is paying off. Don’t be discouraged if the results aren’t visible just yet. They will be so keep your faith. The key is to remember that you are in charge of creating YOUR reality and to look for the best in any given situation.  Even if things don’t go quite as planned look for that one (or more) positive thing that happened and use that a stepping stone to ensure forward momentum. We also increases our ability to see the world around us in a different light. By trying to see the best in everything we find that good things are drawn to us, doors open and new opportunities appear out of the blue. Today the Universe is asking us to put on our rose colored glasses and see things in a new light. 1027: Today the Universe is giving us a vacation day from the inner work that we have been doing. It’s is a great time time to show yourself a little love and recharge those spiritual batteries. Ground, clear and center, meditate, take yourself to lunch or a movie, buy yourself a present or just kick back with a good book or take a nature walk. On day’s like this our connection with Spirit and the angels tends to be relaxed and open. Gently meditate on messages that you receive and allow the information to come to you. Pay attention to things that excite or move you to take action as this will prepare you for some pretty nifty stuff headed our way in November!
