Taking Care of Yourself: Cat’s Angel Message for May 30, 2018 

 May Theme: This month will bring change. While change sometimes feels scary, it is a necessary thing for our overall growth. Be willing to embrace it and allow it to happen naturally and get ready for better things.

530: Today our spiritual helpers would like us to know that they’re proud of us. In the last month we have we faced change and learned to  embrace our faith. While these things have empowered us it has also been a challenge. These things have also strengthened our connection and relationship with the Angels, Ascended Masters and personal goddess.  We have learned that we can call on them when we need to. Take a moment today to offer gratitude to the Universe for life, for love, and all the blessings that surround you. Then take a ME day to restore and center….. You’ve earned it!




Self care is the word for today.  The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin can teach us much about the art of self care. She is the embodiment of compassion, comfort and healing. her message to us,  “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart and spirit.” The Ascended Master Melchizedek teaches us how to love color and can assist us through all forms of color therapy (reiki, chakra work, crystals, Feng Shui etc.) and the Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) bestows peace on all levels and teaches us about the healing power of joy and laughter.




Our Sacred Stones for today are Spinel which rejuvenates our energy and brings relief from stress, Rose Quartz  allows self love to surface and gives us a better understanding of our emotions as it helps us to heal. and Chalcedony that brings mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self doubt. It also  promotes good feeling towards self and others.

The Quiet Voice: Cat’s Angel Message for March 23, 2018

 323:  Contrary to popular belief we do not necessarily need to be a “cheerleader” to inspire others. The dictionary describes inspire as ” to fill (someone) with the urge or ability to do or feel something, especially to do something creative”. While we sometimes need to open the door and let our inner cheerleader out more often than not the quiet approach is just as effective. Quietly inspiring others is an artform of great value. Doing things (even small things) that bring joy or peace to others, leading by positive example or even simply offering assistance (without making a big production of it) are all good ways to inspire others. They in turn will do the same or similar for someone else. By simply being cheerful, helpful and positive we share our light. Today the Universe wants to thank us for doing our part and quietly inspiring those around us!






The following Angels and Ascended Masters are assisting us today. Archangels Zadkiel and Michael work together to replace negative energies with faith and compassion. Zadkiel also helps us to see and share our Divine light. Mother Mary offers assistance in expanding our wisdom in regards to helping other particularly children. Melchizedek helps to rearrange unpleasant situations and shows the best way to assist those concerned through use of color therapy (chakras, crystals, reiki etc) and the Celtic Goddess Brigid provides inspiration, from creative projects to creative thinking she touches all areas with warm and loving energy.




Our Sacred Stones for today are:  Stilbite which helps us to find creative solutions to problems and enhances our intuition so that we can more effectively offer assistance. Turquoise promotes creative expression which allows to see the beauty in everything while strengthening our communication process and tempering our words with wisdom.

310:  Today the Ascended Masters are asking us to look for the truth around us. Everyday we are surrounded by people and situations that can leave us drained or wondering about the true motivations behind them. This is an exercise in using your own gift of intuition. Like any talent the more we use it the better  we become in seeing the truth in ourselves, others and situations. This helps us to make better decisions  along our path and create better relationships. If you are unsure ask the Ascended Masters or Angels for guidance and they will help to guide you in the right direction.














































 The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps keep our energy balanced and  flowing. This is essential for using our gifts and understanding the information we receive.  The Inuit Goddess Sedna helps us develop our intuition through the dreamtime, you can connect with her in or around water. (bath or shower works) “Look to your dreams to guide you. They will show you things you missed while your mind was busy and active” and the Egyptian Goddess Maat clarifies confusing situations and helps us to see the truth and integrity in others.




Our Sacred Stones are Lapis Lazuli which helps us to confront the truth of a situation and promotes acceptance of the lesson involved and Fluorite to help strengthen our intuitive powers as it draws away negative energy.

No need to be aggressive or project anger you can be forceful and still be positive.There will always be those who think they know what’s best for you.  If something doesn’t work for or is pushing you in the wrong direction say so.   215:   Today The Universe is telling us that something in our lives is about to change for the better. Change is a normal part of life and we all go through periods of change Some we initiate, some are surprises and some happen so gradually that we hardly know they are happening.  During times of change the nature and direction of our thoughts plays an important role. If we are stuck in a negative holding pattern the process can be scary and stressful. However, by filling and surrounding ourselves with positive and confident energy we are able to set aside our worries and concerns. This allows things to happen naturally and makes the process easier so that we can embrace change with an attitude of adventure and excitement.




Archangel Jeremiel teaches us how to release worry and fear so that we are able to navigate the changes that life sends our way.  Ascended Master Melchizedek helps us to gently diffuse unpleasant situations that sometimes causes and the Yoruban Goddess Oya teaches us that change must be fully embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Changes inspire and encourage us to transcend our self imposed limitations.”

 25: Change is an ongoing part of life and without it life would be pretty boring. The way we see these change is based on our perception. If we see these changes in a negative light it can create difficulties for us. But if we look for something positive in them then we grow in unimagined ways. If you are experiencing changes right now or changes are on your horizon the angels want you to know that things are going according to your divine plan and that these changes are for the best. They will bring you a much needed and fresh outlook. So have faith in yourself and remember that the Universe is on your side and that you are safe and protected. Embrace these changes and  flourish in this new cycle!


 






 Archangel Uriel helps us to create new solutions to solve problems and Archangel Raphael helps us to make way for new things by finding the strength to let go and move on.  The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps to diffuse unpleasant situations that change sometimes creates and  the Buddhist goddess Tara, in her Green aspect, helps us to find the strength we need to take action and move past our fears. 113: The battle against negativity shows up in our daily messages quite often. The angels only ask that you do the best you can because they understand that it’s not possible or even healthy to never have a negative thought. Everyday we come into contact  with the negative thoughts and energy of others or the kind we create for ourselves. The truth is that it cannot be avoided, it’s normal and it happens. The key here is to acknowledge these feelings, figure out what triggered them, and look for one positive thing in the experience. Then ask for divine help and let it go, turning it over to the angels to transmute into something better. Today we are being offered extra help from the Ascended Masters and the Divine Feminine. Remember that no problem is too big for them to handle so if you need help… ASK! Not only will they take the weight from your shoulders they will offer gentle and loving guidance that will help you on your path!

1117:  Today the angels are letting us know that they are proud of the work we have done thus far. “Join us in celebrating your accomplishments both large and small!”  Remember to watch your thoughts. There is a lot of negative energy rampaging around right now and it’s easy to get caught up in it. Bubble up and protect yourself if needed, or ground and clear your energy field. The key here is to rise above any hate and discontent that you come in contact with.  Bless the person or situation with peace and love and move on or remove yourself from it altogether. What’s important is that you stay on your path and keep moving forward. Be an example to other positive souls who are looking for a light in the right direction!

117: We start the day with  a big hug from our angels. They are letting us know that we are on the right path and the work we are doing is paying off. Don’t be discouraged if the results aren’t visible just yet. They will be so keep your faith. The key is to remember that you are in charge of creating YOUR reality and to look for the best in any given situation.  Even if things don’t go quite as planned look for that one (or more) positive thing that happened and use that a stepping stone to ensure forward momentum.
