They also boost our creative thinking and problem-solving skills and intuitive abilities. Be sure to pay attention and explore new directions. Natural talents also make us feel good about ourselves and can bring happiness into our everyday lives through gratitude and mindfulness. If you need help or guidance from the Universe just ask and above all, remember to believe in yourself!

Pink Banded Agate also helps us to feel good about ourselves and is said to help ease stress and anxiety.


While Garnet is best known as a stone of protection it can benefit the use of our natural talents as well. It helps us to overcome any resistance we may have in using our gifts and promotes self-confidence. Garnet removes what no longer serves and mental self-sabotage. It promotes balance and clears and re-energizes the chakras.


 Sodalite is a stone for the mind, it promotes clear and calm thinking. and activates intuition as it draws down information to the physical level. It dispels confusion and releases outdated thought patterns while creating space for new ideas. It also helps us to look for and find the truth and makes it possible to stand up for our personal beliefs while remaining true to yourself by boosting our confidence and self-esteem.

Today’s Recipe: Beltane Marigold Custard


Anon


2 cups milk

1 cup unsprayed marigold petals

1/4 tsp. salt

3 tbsp. sugar

1 to 2-inch piece vanilla bean

3 egg yolks, slightly beaten

1/8 tsp. allspice

1/8 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. rose water

whipped cream


Using a clean mortar and pestle reserved for cooking purposes, pound marigold petals. Or, crush with a spoon. Mix the salt, sugar and spices together. Scald milk with the marigolds and the vanilla bean. Remove the vanilla bean and add the slightly beaten yolks and dry ingredients. Cook on low heat. When the mixture coats a spoon, add rose water and cool.


Top with whipped cream, garnish with fresh marigold petals.

Since the Ascended Master’s lived among us during their time on earth they have a better understanding of our thoughts, our problems and our needs and wants. Aside from offering us assistance one of their goals is to help us focus on truth, both divine and personal,  which helps keep us centered on our path and headed in the right direction. Like the angels you can call upon them any time. If you are feeling down or confused they can show you how to shift your thoughts into the positive. Their peaceful and loving energy will help ease your mind and help you see things in a different light. Today they are asking us to close out the month at peace with ourselves!




The Ascended Master Buddha is called the Enlightened or Awakened One. During his life he lived as both prince and ascetic. When he achieved true enlightenment he came to realize that the key to happy living required moderation and balance in all things as they create the ground work for inner peace. The Ascended Master Serapis Bey helps us to release our troubles and offers clear guidance and motivation regarding our own self improvement. And Mother Mary helps fill our hearts with love. She teaches us about compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves.




Our Sacred Stones for today are,  Moldavite which elevates our consciousness and helps us to connect directly to the Ascended Masters. Selenite is a great meditation stone. It opens the crown chakra to help us receive universal guidance as it calms the emotions and promotes inner peace. 825: We’ve been working with faith, confidence and intuition and today we are being asked to add self honesty to the mix and  put them to work on a different level. There are times when we need to step back and  look at where we are and what surrounds us and today is one of those times. To move forward we need to make choices and decisions that speak to our personal truth. It’s time to gently let go of the things that are draining your time and energy (people, situations and energies) in favor of more positive things. Have faith in yourself to do the right things, and have the confidence to use your intuition as a guide to new and better things. Stay focused and keep your mind open as this will help you see the hidden “gems” along our path!




Archangel Jeremiel helps us to make positive life choices.He understands that it’s hard for us to let go of people and situations even though they are holding us back or causing us unintended stress, drama or harm. This happens as we allow ourselves to let go of things that have held us back. Along the way we unearth talents that we had set aside, which will help us to move forward. Our Sacred Stone for today is Garnet. While this stone is best known as one of protection it can benefit the use of our natural talents as well. It helps us to overcome any resistance we may have in using our gifts and promotes self confidence. Garnet removes what no longer serves and mental self sabotage. It promotes balance and clears and re-energizes the chakras.

Challenges and  Distractions: Cat’s Angel Message for July 24, 2018 


 July’s Theme: Pay attention to your path. Spirit is speaking to you so get ready to receive some important guidance. If something compels you to take action this is the time to go for it!

724: Sometimes things happen that make it difficult to stay on our chosen path. Every day brings us new challenges and distractions (OOOoo look! Shiny!!) These distractions often come in the form of well meaning people who “just want to help”. (We all know a few of these right?) Just remember that it’s YOUR path. Be honest with yourself because  you are the only one who knows what’s best for you. If the advice you are given doesn’t mesh or is an attempt to push in a direction you’d rather not go, remind yourself that the choice is yours to make. There are also times when we question ourselves and the guidance we receive. This can happen during moments of self doubt or fear. If this happens today (or any day) take a moment to center and focus. Then ask yourself “Is this really what I want?” or “What is best for me?” Listen to the guidance that you receive and above all trust in yourself!




Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears and guides us through issues of self doubt. He helps us to find our courage and our direction. Michael’s energy is easily felt particularly during times of stress, confusion or when we are about head off in the wrong direction.  The Ascended Master Saint Germain works with Archangel Michael. He also provides courage and direction as well as helping us deal with those well meaning people who try to push us away from our path and the Egyptian Goddess Maat helps us find our truth by being honest with ourselves about what we want and where we want go. She says, “Honor yourself by being truthful. It is truth that creates order out of difficult or confusing situations. It is also truth that keeps your inner scales balanced, your energy free and your heart feather light.”




Our Sacred Stones for today are  Pietersite (Tempest stone) to aid in working through beliefs and conditioning imposed upon us by others. It opens the connection to our intuition and helps us see the truth and  Orange Calcite today to help balance the emotions and dispel fear and anxiety. It invites us to embrace our full potential and promotes problem solving.

Happy Thursday,






This is a message that we have seen before, however it’s one that worth repeating. We all go through times when we are filled with self doubt or even a kind of self loathing. Sometimes it’s of our own making and other times it’s due to someone else. But in the end we  usually come around and make peace with ourselves. The point is that it doesn’t matter what others think of us but what we think of ourselves does. When we accept and like ourselves it shows. It makes us confident and helps us to embrace our truth!
