May’s Theme: This month brings changes into your life. While change sometimes feels scary, it is a necessary thing for our overall growth. Be willing to embrace it and allow it to happen naturally and get ready for better things!

Appropriate rituals channel your emotions and life energy toward the light. Without the discipline to practice them, you will tumble constantly backward into darkness. – Lao Tzu




514:  The practice of  grounding, clearing and centering is important to our emotional, mental and spiritual health. There are no rules on how often it should be done. But sometimes we need to perform this more often due to stress, major upheavals or changes. As we are currently working with changes we are being reminded that now might be a good time to engage in this self care ritual. This 3 step process helps to keep us balanced and promotes peace and harmony within ourselves and with the Universe. Now that the weather is warmer I suggest “earthing”. Going barefoot in the garden or grass is a wonderful way get grounded and to connect with the energy of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to “root” into the earth and just release, feel the sun on your face and let healing begin!




Archangel Michael can remove all psychic hooks, lines and cords that have been attached to your energy field. By simply asking him to do this is frees up your energy and promotes balance and sense of great peace. The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy create the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. laughter can also help us to clear our energy. And the Celtic goddess Nemetona teaches us that nature is the best place to recharge, she says ” I am the spirit of the sacred grove. I invite you to worship in my temple and feel the heartbeat of nature. This communion can heal a weary and battered soul and replenish your spirit with hope and divine peace.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following:  Amethyst which is associated with Archangel Michael. It calms and quiets internal chatter and “monkey mind”, which in turn enables us to relax and allow the grounding and balancing to take place and Hematite which has a strong connection to the earth element and helps us stay grounded and promotes feelings of safety. Hematite also brings mental clarity through focus and concentration which is essential letting go process which accompanies change.

These little crispy pockets of tuna and cream cheese are an excellent appetizer or side to a meal. I came up with them because I adore crab rangoons, but don’t always have those ingredients handy. I always have tuna and cream cheese around! These can be pan fried or baked. I’ve added both methods in this recipe.

There is a kind of mindfulness that we need to observe when taking care of the body. We need to exercise, but not overdo. We need to eat properly, but not too much. This is a precious package that is ours to take care of. And when we take care of the body, it takes care of us. We all have this in common. We may look so different on the outside – different shapes, sizes, colors, ages, whatever. But on the inside- it’s all the same basic equipment. What makes us “tick” is all the same “stuff.”

512:  The work associated with change can be challenging to say the least. However, these changes that are taking place are for the best and the best FOR us. Today the universe is asking us to embrace the changes currently taking place. Transformations do take time but the benefits will definitely worth it as they help us to align with both life purpose and soul mission. The key is to meet change with openness and  optimism. This helps us to become more self reliant and confident as it  builds both trust and faith.This is the groundwork on which all new things start and the basis for personal fulfillment and happiness. Ask for help or guidance if you need it and remember that help comes in all forms and can arrive from any direction. Give yourself a BIG hug today, you deserve it!




Archangel Michael helps us to find the courage and direction that we need to work through any obstacles that pop up. Water has the power to cleanse not only your body but your spirit and energy field as well.”. When our energy field is clear messages come to us more easily.

Michelangelo was a master – no one would dispute that. And yet, he knew there was always room for growth. I think we go around a little too confident in our own skills, and then we get reminded that we still have much to learn. We drive around everywhere, especially here in Southern California, almost on auto-pilot, not really aware of what we’re doing… until one day we get a ticket, and our attention turns to the laws of the road while we’re sitting in traffic school. There are spiritual laws that we know about, too, but are we paying attention to those? We can always learn more.

510:  Our message today is all about being true to ourselves and trusting in our own inner wisdom. Sometimes this means that we must step out of our comfort zones to create the life we want. This creation process is more apparent during periods of growth and change so it’s important to pay attention to the messages and guidance that we receive. Remember that this information comes from many sources (the people around us, nature, dreams, intuition or from the universe.) and the signs are visible to those who pay attention. If you feel strongly directed to act then follow your heart and move forward. Likewise if it doesn’t feel right or makes you uncomfortable step back and examine you reaction and feelings before making a decision.  If you are unsure of what to do, or the best way to proceed ask for help. Divine guidance combined with your intuition will never steer you wrong.




Archangel Raziel helps us to access and fine tune both our psychic and intuitive abilities so that we are better able to receive divine guidance. Archangel Sandalphon helps us by delivering  our prayers and requests for assistance to the helpers that are best suited for our current situation.  The Ascended Master Serapis Bey helps us to release our troubles and offers clear guidance and motivation regarding our own self improvement.
