Stress and anxiety can be created through negative thought forms and emotions, both ours and those of others. They bog down our energy which halts our forward momentum. For those who are struggling with this the Universe and our Spiritual helpers are here to help us. They are asking us to turn our emotional stress, fears and worries over to them. When we engage in this powerful letting go process we feel better and we gain clarity. Invite your creative mind to come forward. This effectively promotes communication, improves our overall mood and opens us to new ideas as it stabilizes your energy. Ask for divine help when needed and don’t forget to ground, clear and center. Above all know that you are loved and cared for and let inner peace be your friend.




Archangel Jophiel gently helps us to see through eyes of beauty. She also guides us through ugly situations and shows the way to make them better by seeing them in a new positive light. The Ascended Master Maitreya, the Laughing Buddha, teaches us the importance of laughter and the healing power it holds. And the Chinese goddess Kuan Yin surrounds us with loving energy and opens our ability to provide self care. Our Sacred Stone for today is Rose Quartz. I know we use this one a lot, however this soft stone is a wonderful healer for overwrought emotion, stress and anxiety. It soothes mind, body and spirit like a fuzzy blanket or bubble bath.

1123: As we officially enter the “holiday season” anxiety and stress are a common ailment for many. During this time the Universe is reminding us to focus on peace, love and togetherness. The key is in asking for divine assistance. If we don’t ask then our divine support team can’t help us. While they may want to, they do need our permission. Once we ask for help strengthen that assistance by keeping your faith strong and doing your best to weed out negative thought seeds before they take root. Approach the season with gratitude and compassion. The old saying about “count your blessings” is particularly true during this time. Share with others if you can or simply send peaceful, loving energy out to those around you.




Archangel Chamuel helps us to create and maintain strong and loving relationships and the Hindu god Ganesh and Roman goddess Vesta help to promote household love and peace. And, the Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find peace in stressful situations and promotes joy and balance. Above all remember to just breathe…..

As we start a new week let’s talk about meditation. Meditation can reduce stress, anxiety, depression and even pain. It can be done anywhere and at any time. A common misconception of meditation is that you need to sit quietly for an extended period of time. This is far from the truth because 5-10 minutes can help. Simple acts of gardening, cooking or just walking can be a meditative experience, even power napping will work. What’s important is that you just let your mind go, breathe, clear and center or focus on something that relaxes you. This is a gift that you can give yourself everyday. Your mind and body will thank you!

Happy Thursday ,


Our thought for today is about Worry and her 2 evil sisters, Stress and Anxiety. The three of them go hand in hand, each one building off of the other until they have taken up residence within us.  By allowing them to move in it blocks our energy. This keeps us from using our energy for other things, positive things. The key is to choose your battles wisely. If you can take care of it now (before it grows) or even a part of it, do it. If it’s something out of your control (future event or “might happen) set it aside and let it go for now. By doing this we find that it wasn’t an issue after all or that the situation resolves itself.  You have control over your own peace of mind and what you choose to spend your energy on. Choose wisely!

I think one of the finest gifts I can give my friends in the holiday season is to pause with a long enough quality to actually SEE them. My calm, unhurried presence communicates this gift of a message, “I see you. I recognize you. I remember our times of together and am contributing right now to another quality memory. I value you and honor and take the time, right this moment to pause long enough to truly notice you.”
