76:  Maintaining balance is one of the essential keys to navigating our path. Today we are being asked to perform a balance check today in two areas: giving / receiving and spiritual / material. There are times when we get so preoccupied in either (or both) areas and we become distracted. The balance between giving and receiving requires that we allow ourselves to receive and at the same time acknowledge the the blessings that come to us. The balance between spiritual and material is equally important. By acknowledging the richness of our own spiritual nature material “things” lose their importance. They become nice to have but they no longer rule our lives. Achieving and maintaining balance in these areas leads to good spiritual health. Remember, that if our scales are tipped one way or the other it zaps our energy levels and our ability to focus. But when things are balanced we find that our journey and the flow of life is easier, allowing  us to be grounded and more at peace.




Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal our selves and our lives and therefore regain our self confidence and faith. 630: In the last month we have worked on achieving balance where material things are concerned. We have accomplished this by staying focused on our goals and by having faith in ourselves and that things will work out to our best advantage. As June comes to a close the Universe sends this gentle reminder, ” Help is always available and you need only to ask.” Remember that help can arrive in many forms. It comes not only from the Universe but from people, animals, blessings or events that show up in our lives. It’s important to pay attention and be present so that you can reap the rewards that come your way. The lessons of June will help you in the new month.

The first thing that comes to mind when I think about yellow is the sun – beautiful, life-affirming, skin warming sunshine! I also think about old-fashioned wooden pencils and school buses – and sunflowers! It’s really a happy color, isn’t it? Yellow seems to be attention-getting, and in color therapy, it is used to harness attention. Wearing a citrine, for example, is supposed to help you concentrate. May’s Theme: This month brings changes into your life. While change sometimes feels scary, it is a necessary thing for our overall growth. Be willing to embrace it and allow it to happen naturally and get ready for better things!

530: Today our helpers would like us to know that they’re proud of us. In the last month we have we faced change and made positive life choices and important decisions that will help us navigate path. We have  learned to embrace our faith which has given us the  confidence to trust in our intuition and move forward with optimism and purpose.  While these things have empowered us it has also been a challenge. These things have also strengthened our connection and relationship with the Universe and our spiritual helpers. We have learned that we can call on them when we need to. Take a moment today to offer gratitude to the Universe for life, for love, and all the blessings that surround you. Then take a ME day to restore and center….. You’ve earned it!




The healer Archangel, Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal our selves and our lives and therefore regain our self confidence and faith. The Ascended Master Melchizedek teaches us how to love color and can assist us through all forms of color therapy (reiki, chakra work, crystals, Feng Shui etc.) and the Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) bestows peace on all levels and teaches us about the healing power of joy and laughter. And, the Roman goddess Venus teaches us to truly appreciate ourselves. She says “You must put loving self care first. By doing so you become confidently empowered and fully connected to your own divine nature.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include gentle Rose Quartz which allows self love to surface and gives us a better understanding of our emotions as it helps us to heal and rejuvenate our bodies and minds.  Chalcedony that brings mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self doubt. It also promotes good feeling towards self and others. And Satin Spar Selenite makes it a great meditation stone. It opens the crown chakra to help us receive universal guidance as it calms the emotions and promotes inner peace.

It’s Contagious: Cat’s Angel Message for April 20, 2019

420: Yesterday we talked about helping/healing ourselves and others, and today we delve a little deeper. The biggest stumbling blocks are lack of confidence and faith in ourselves. These things can keep us from making the effort because we are afraid to fail. Today the Universe is reminding us that what we perceive as failure is actually progress. Each attempt or step (even baby steps) helps to keep us moving forward and teaches us something new. Our actions are inspiring to ourselves and to others, as we show that while we are a work in progress we continue to persevere to make ourselves the best person we can be. If you try something and it doesn’t work out, look for the one thing that did (there is always at least one) and use that as building block and try again, by doing this we gain self confidence and courage. Step into your power and keep moving upward!




Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey’s that we can heal our selves and our lives and regain self confidence and faith.  The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. And, the Hindu goddess White Tara says: “Come and sit beside me. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.”




Today’s Sacred Stones include the following: Turquoise which helps promote creative problem solving, dispels negative energy and helps to restore our balance, and Smoky Quartz to help neutralize the fear of failure while it helps us stay grounded. it also teaches us how to let go of what no longer serves us. Galena which helps us to stay grounded and centered. It helps to open the mind as it dissolves self-limiting thoughts from our past and Tangerine Quartz which helps to increase our receptivity to Divine inspiration while it stimulates the mind and enhances overall creativity. It fills us with hope and joy as it restores our feelings of self worth.
