The changes that take place, the leaps and bounds made in progress, the contributions made by the people who lived during that time. And yet, some history books can sum up a century in a chapter of two! The more we move through time the more we have to write about. History may “repeat itself,” but we have something to learn from it each time. As we rack up the centuries, we have to wonder what the world will look like in a few more “blinks of an eye.

810: The more we work on opening and strengthening the channels of communication between ourselves and the Divine, the easier it is to make a connection. It should feel comfortable and over time it will become second nature and provide an almost meditative experience. This communication flow helps us in many ways. It not only opens the way for new information it also brings us peace and feelings of safety. Today the angels are asking us to pay attention to the guidance we receive, it could come as thoughts, ideas, AHA! moments or even through visual clues. Allow this guidance to assist your decisions and actions. The key is to surrender what doesn’t work so that the right things will be able to reach you. Surrender will bring change and it is through change that we increase flow in our lives. It’s important, so get ready to embrace the blessings that are headed your way!

Rutilated (Angel Hair) Quartz. This powerful crystal helps to cleanse and realign our chakras. This is also a great meditation stone that teaches us patience while promoting both calm and balance. Connection to the divine realms can also be found by using this stone.

Turquoise helps us with creative problem solving and promotes both balance and intuition. It is aligned with the Throat Chakra and teaches us to speak up for ourselves and to speak our truth, which can be a valuable asset when working with gratitude and our ability to create. In order to experience life, and new experiences we must step forward and try even if we get hit with a little criticism. It is through criticism that we learn and grow. If someone critiques you today take that information and apply it to what you know. Some will have merit and some of it won’t but remember that there will always be at least one good thing that you can put to use. You’ve totally got this!

Everyone can use a positive boost now and then. If you can’t do anything else then offer encouragement. A little of that can go a long way! ~Cat

89: Every day we receive support from Spirit, the angels, and from people in our lives. Today the Universe is telling us that it’s a good time to acknowledge those who love us and who are always there to listen or lend a hand when we need it. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if everyone told someone else “Good job!” “Way to go!” or “Thank you for doing your best!”? Simple things like these inspire growth, create connections, and make lives better. Share some of your optimistic energy today with others for a win-win situation. It’s important to remember though that not everyone is there to support you and it is up to you to gently cut cords with those who take pleasure in knocking you down. When we allow ourselves to receive this negative energy from others we are harmed, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. A good support system lifts you up and by surrounding yourself with loving and supportive people it draws more of the same back to you and helps you to support others in turn.

Archangel Michael is the go-to guy for protection. His clear, powerful energy acts as a shield that helps to buffer energies directed at us. He offers protection from those who would do us harm or cause pain, even those who think they “have our best interests at heart or simply can’t stay out of our business”. By surrounding yourself with loving energy you can find the peace you need to deal with off-color moments. He teaches us that loving self-care allows us the choice of removing ourselves from negative people and situations.

I can guide you on the path of self-love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle on yourself. Deep blue Lapis Lazuli helps to open the Third Eye Chakra (mind’s eye) and stimulates our personal power. It also harmonizes our energies on all levels as this balance and strengthens our knowledge of self. It also helps us to confront the truth of a situation and promotes acceptance of the lesson involved. It promotes clarity and helps us express our opinions in a positive manner and teaches us the value of being an active listener.

88: By living in and embracing the “Attitude of Gratitude” we effectively draw prosperity and abundance into our lives. Even if we can only find that “One Good Thing” in a situation we can use it to create a foundation that can be built upon. The key lies in acknowledging all of our blessings and expressing our feelings of gratitude to what we have and what is offered. Small things add up as they help us to draw more positives into our lives. Remember that you must do the work to make things happen, however by sitting back and waiting you’ll miss out. Today the angels are sending us a big high five. Their message is “Embrace your gratitude and you will find that avenues will open and the gifts the universe will be sent your way!”

It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.

Orbicular or Ocean Jasper helps to increase our sense of responsibility and promotes patience. It provides the strength we need to calmly deal with life’s challenges and soothes the emotional stress that can happen when we become impatient for results.

87: We all come equipped with a personal guidance system called intuition and every day we are faced with choices that we must make for our personal evolution. When faced with these choices that will have an impact on your life ask yourself “Is this best for me right now?” Your inner guidance system will always be the voice of reason and will not steer you wrong. The key to intuition is learning to recognize it as opposed to the voice of the Inner Child who can often get us into trouble. Today the angels are asking us to fire up our intuition and embrace the strength and courage to make the best possible choices for our current situations. They are also telling us that it’s time for a balance check in regards to giving and receiving. Make any necessary adjustments to avoid tipping the scales.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self-doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. Moonstone, the stone of new beginnings. This beautiful, watery stone helps to navigate the cycles of change and calms our emotions. Gently encouraging creative thinking and creative problem solving as it brings our intuitive skills forward, promoting control and confidence so these skills become more familiar and easier to access. It also provides emotional healing by helping to stabilize the emotions and draw out old emotional patterns.
