You Can Heal: Cat’s Angel Message for April 19, 2018

 419: Within each of us is the ability to heal ourselves and others. Yes! You are qualifies on both accounts.  The thing to remember about self healing is that it begins with you. You must have the motivation and willingness to start the process and to keep it going. Each of us is a work in progress and we are all at different levels. So don’t become discouraged if you go through a temporary setback or feel that you aren’t exactly where you thing you should be. Baby steps work best giving us the option to make changes as we go. If you are working with others quite often all that is needed is a being willing to listen or providing a shoulder to cry on. You don’t need to solve their problems for them, so being a good listener and offering encouragement can work miracles. Don’t be stingy about helping others or yourself and the benefits will return tenfold!




Saint Padre Pio assists those who require healing as well the healers themselves. This enthusiastic Ascended Master helps to promote faith and an optimistic outlook. Saint John of God also helps during the healing process and specializes in helping those suffering from depression and anxiety. Archangel Zadkiel provides emotional healing and Archangel Azrael helps those who are grieving and Archangel Raphael oversees all forms of healing, and the Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin helps us to heal by showing us the power of self care and compassion. Kindness and compassion are essential to  the healing process because  when we are able to show it to ourselves we find it easier to share it with others.

Sometimes as a healer you need a little help after working with others, and gentle Prehnite promotes unconditional love and helps you to clear your energy when you need it most. 312:  The Universe is speaking to us today through repetitive thoughts, ideas and visuals. These important clues can help us to improve our lives. We all have areas that need attention and  if something is not okay,  or  isn’t working out for you it’s time to move on to something better.  The key is in being honest with yourself. Don’t put frosting on a problem  and then tell yourself that it’s all better. It’s through change that we make these needed improvements and while changes takes time  remember that baby steps are the key to making them successful. Each step in itself is important so don’t be too eager and rush ahead as you might miss out on something amazing. Changes are often seen as scary but don’t let fear take over, you are supported in every way!












































 The Ascended Master Saint Germain helps us stay on track by showing us where improvement is needed. He is adept at make room for new things and giving us the courage to see it through. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin  teaches us that change and doing what is best for yourself is often the best form of self care and Archangel Jeremiel provides both protection and direction as we navigate the avenues of self improvement.








Our Sacred Stone for today is Turquoise. This stone is both grounding and healing. It helps to purify our energy and clears away negative energy as well. Turquoise aids our problem solving skills and protects us against self self sabotaging thoughts and actions.

35: Spring cleaning comes in all forms and the Ascended Masters are offering their assistance today in this process.  Taking care of ourselves is a good thing, it helps us ground, center and get back on track. It can also help us to pinpoint things that we have outgrown or no longer brings us joy. The clearing away of what we have outgrown play an important role in our self care and is essential to our overall well being. it helps us to re-energize and increases our spiritual and personal awareness and power. You do not need to do it all at once. Start small because even the little things can create more personal freedom to find new things that make our hearts sing!


The Ascended Master Maitreya (aka Laughing Buddha) promotes laughter, joy and peace. His joyful spirit helps us to see the things that truly bring us happiness and let go of what does not. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin promotes self care, love and kindness. She teaches us that it is through these things that we are able to do what is ultimately best for us.

226: Today the angels are asking us to share the gift of compassion with others. We sometimes  get caught up in our own “stuff” and forget to check on those closest to us. Never assume that loved ones will always come to you if something is needed. We have been working on self confidence  and intuition this month. Both can help you if showing others that you care for is difficult.  This can be hard for some people and they come across as aloof or gruff because they want to “be there” but simply don’t know how to go about it. A good opener is a simple  “How are you?”, “So things are going okay for you?” Intuition goes hand in hand with compassion and if it directs you to a specific person there may be a reason behind it.  Our message today is ” Gather your loved ones close, let them know you love them and never forget the healing power of a simple touch or a hug.”




Archangel Zadkiel helps us to bring our compassionate energy forward and to share it with others. He also helps with forgiveness issues as this can block our ability to show compassion. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin also helps us with compassion by teaching us how to allow yourselves to give and receive love equally and the Ascended Master Maitreya shows us how to bring our loving nature forward and about the healing power of laughter.

214:Today’s message is about love, it is Valentine’s day after all!. While it’s important to show love for those around you it’s equally important to show some for yourself. Today the angels are asking us to turn any fears or worries over to them and make room for some self love.  By acknowledging yourself as an awesome and amazing person (and you really are!) you are affirming that you are worthy of receiving the love and positive energies around you and being sent to you. As I said earlier this week we are quite often our own worst critics so today is your chance to jump on your own bandwagon. Be your own Valentine today and do something nice for yourself and don’t forget to give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the beautiful and divine spirit that is YOU!






 Kuan Yin is the Chinese goddess of mercy, compassion and protection. 29: In some respects we all share a very similar life purpose in that we all have something that we can share with others in need. These Humanitarian acts can complex or as simple as a smile or hug, kind or encouraging words or just being a good listener. Today the Universe is reminding us that we are all qualified to do these small and simple things. Make time today to be there for someone else.  Embrace self confidence and listen to your heart as it guides you on this path of service. If it resonates with your spirit you are on the right path. In helping others we often find that we are helping ourselves as well and small acts of compassion and kindness can make a big difference.

Through Unselfish Effort: Cat’s Angel Message for January 9, 2018

The unselfish effort to bring cheer to others will be the beginning of a happier life for ourselves.

19: Today’s message is about sacred service and our life purpose. One of the misconceptions about service and life purpose is that we are suppose to be out offering our time, and energy to the community or to the world. While this path is the right one for some  it’s not true for everyone, although it can be very fulfilling. Sometimes we are more comfortable doing the small things.  Our sacred service can revolve around a  partner, children, family or extended family. Everyday, whether we are aware of it or not, we make a difference to someone or influence someone’s life in a positive way. Today the angels are asking us to share your optimistic glow while projecting good vibes to those around you. Remember that the little things add up so don’t be afraid to be of service to someone who needs something that you can provide.


Here are a few small ways to be of service:


    

  • Do something nice for someone who has been feeling down.
    • 

  • Become a volunteer at a charity that touches your spirit.
    • 

  • Do something nice for an elderly relative, friend or neighbor.
    • 

  • Donate blood.
    • 

  • Donate craft items to a local community center, Veterans organization or nursing home.
    • 

  • Smile and share your beautiful energy with others.

The Chinese goddess/ bodhisattva Kuan Yin shows us how to live a life of compassion and teaches us how to show kindness to ourselves and others. Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to to forgive ourselves and others and Ascended Master Buddha fills our hearts with love and brings peace and joy to our spirits. These beautiful stone “flowers” help to increase our understanding of our own personal value in the universal plan. it dissolves self imposed programing and help us replace it with something more positive.
